Engage in pulse-pounding shootouts against cutting-edge enemy AI straight out of the futuristic realm of 1997.
Embark on 14 daring missions as Secret Agent John Walter, an elite operative tasked with saving the world from his arch-nemesis, Dominic Pulp. Protect the future against the phantoms of the past.
Traverse skyscrapers, nightclubs, museums, catacombs, and snow bases in a heart-pumping journey of espionage.
Play the entire campaign as a one-man army or alongside friends via split-screen and online cooperative play!
Each story mission is a self-contained environment where you have to accomplish varied objectives, such as hacking terminals, stealing secret plans, freeing civilian hostages, and much more… all while fighting armed guards in epic shootouts, of course.
3 Difficulty Levels
Every mission can be completed in 3 distinct difficulty modes (Agent, Special Agent, and 64 Agent). With higher difficulty comes more objectives, and more open areas to discover.
(Tip: Start with Agent to familiarize yourself with the missions, then ramp up the difficulty to discover what comes next.)
By beating par times and other trials, you can unlock Paradox Modes, which contain 70+ modifiers and cheats that enable various effects on regular gameplay, including:
Big Heads
Melee Disarms
Slow Bullet Speeds
No Reload
…and many more!
Ready for an unorthodox challenge? Complete Contracts: remixed missions with different objectives and Paradox mode pre-sets for additional Paradox unlocks.
Fight against friends in local split-screen multiplayer combat, or take the gunfight online with up to 8 players and 8 additional bots.
Enjoy full lobby customization including teams, weapon set, rule sets and paradox modifiers, with up to 10 saved pre-sets to your liking.
Deathmatch: Classic deathmatch, score the more frags to win!
Briefcase: Capture the briefcase and hold it for long enough to score a point. But don't get too comfortable, after each point won, the briefcase position is reset to a random point on the map.
Zone: You have to capture the zone on the map to score points. Don't let any enemy contest it as it will stall the countdown!
Challenges: special matches against pre-set bots where players must reach a precise score under a certain amount of time. The faster you win, the better the prizes. Unlock maps, characters, music tracks, and more!

Przede wszystkim prostota czego brakuje dzisiejszym gra :)
Smooth as hell until the dialogue opens its mouth
This is what happens when a GoldenEye-obsessed fan and a Perfect Dark worshipper have a baby, then decide the kid needs to be a self-aware internet meme while still trying to wear a tuxedo. A friend dumped a pile of retro links on me two weeks out. This was the only one that stuck. Demo hooked me. August 11 hits, I install, blow past the two missions I’d already beaten raw, and settle in expecting a cool sci-fi spy cyberpunk yarn starring some weathered spiritual successor to GoldenEye’s Bond. Even dragged the same buddy into co-op up the mountain level! Expectations were high. They did not survive contact. The game plays smooth as hell and multiplayer is a genuine blast when it works. Then you sit alone with the story and the dialogue starts. It wants to be serious and a meta-punk joke machine at the same time. The villain literally calls John a boomer shooter. I sighed out loud and started living for the missions that kept their mouths shut. There’s an infiltration level that almost gets it—sneak, photograph, stay undercover, pure Mission: Impossible N64 party-scene energy—until higher difficulties just tell you to open fire like every other level. Suddenly it’s Doom with a spy skin instead of GoldenEye or Perfect Dark with actual tension. It echoes both those games hard. Castle sniper objective is Carrington Villa with the serial numbers filed off. Temple is pure GoldenEye cosplay. But it never finds the charisma of 007 or the weird attitude and mystery Perfect Dark had in its bones. Still, the movement feels great, the shooting is satisfying, and the soundtrack is the clear MVP. I already subscribed to Dario Galizia and have the tracks on loop. Multiplayer is a ghost town. Four or five lobbies, two guys grinding 50-kill matches that take forever, and when you finally get in the “paradox” modifiers are piled so high you spend half the time figuring out the rules instead of shooting. A two-player game should not be a marathon. Players: Scale the damn thing. It’s not a bad game. Nostalgic fans will eat it up. It’s just really hard to bottle what those late-’90s shooters did to a whole generation. This one comes close on feel and then trips over its own tongue.

This game is a blast go buy it
Man they really nailed the feeling. I just wish it were a bit longer
I have played through 3 of the missions so far and it takes me right back to sitting on the couch with my dad and brother playing through Goldeneye on the N64 when it first came out. I don't know much about the story so far but am enjoying that side of it as well. I love that there is co op so I can experience this with my family again but with a new experience.
Hits me right in the nostalgia perfectly. Everything my friends and I loved about goldeneye and perfect dark, co-op, multiplayer arena, challenges, all packaged into a new experience and fully online. If you've never played those games, you may find it to be pretty simple and underwhelming compared to modern shooters. But for those looking for a goldeneye experience on PC, I don't think you could do better than this.

i love this game and want more guns 12/11
Excellent 90's shooter homage played fully with mouse and keyboard and worked amazing.
This game really gets the feel of those old school console shooters right, but with adjustments such as making hip shooting much less accurate to counteract how easy these old games would have been with mouse and keyboard controls. The missions feel just the right length, not too long nor too short, and the target times are absolutely brutal in the best way possible, maximizing replayability for even the most hardcore of Goldeneye/Perfect Dark/Timesplitters fans. At the time of writing this review I have yet to try the multiplayer mode, aside from the prebuilt challenges, but that's another delightful modernization of the old games this title is nodding towards. I do wish the multiplayer maps were more than slight modifications of the single player campaign maps, the shape of most of them aren't quite the best for multiplayer and often feel big and empty with far spanning corners that can take way too long to get over to. But it's understandable given the small size of the dev team. Overall a very fun shooter and definitely worth checking out if you've got any nostalgia at all for the old shooters this game is imitating.
