This game is broken. Steam refers you to Capcom for support. Capcom supports then refers you back to Steam for support. Surprised Steam hasn't removed this game...
Installed this on 6/27/20: Still playable as a single player game. Sadly, multiplayer requires GameSpy, which is extinct. It's still a pretty fun little single player game, but it really shined as a multiplayer.
Used to be a cute and fun little game. They removed multiplayer and apparently now any new players trying to activate the game will be unable to. BE WARNED, DO NOT BUY.

There's clearly a disclaimer on the front page stating that only the single player campaign works. It's a funny arcade game from back in the Xbox 360 days!
The name is deciving.
Isn't worth a smack
Greatest game ever!! Multiplayer is not working on PC, but works great on Xbox so make sure you get the game there.
Fun Game you can't play online anymore due to Game Spy shutting down but you can still play challenge mode which is 7 challenges with Easy, Medium and Hard difficulties and each difficulty has a different maps so if you go by the £1 per hour rule I already got my money worth seems I have burn out from overplaying it on the Xbox 360.
Beware. In addition to sporting a form of DRM that would be malware were it not for the warning, there is almost nothing to the single-player campaign. I hate to pile on--Age of Booty no longer appears to be available for sale--but Capcom deserves a flood of thumbs-down for its handling of this matter. This is a shame, because the base game was cute and fun.
This is a dead game. Do not purchase.
