AFTERBLAST

Afterblast is a fast paced arena shooter, you can start into the action right away. Playing with friends is recomended and you can also do that from the start. Can highly recomend.

Great first impression. I'll lay out the positives - movement and shooting feel mostly good (more on this later). They really nailed the Doom Eternal feel, albeit at a smaller and humbler scale. The game looks and performs well. In its current state? I can easily see getting a solid 8-12 hours of fun out of this. Potentially more. On the negatives - I understand this is early access so my hope is not to nitpick but rather to draw attention to the things that I think would bring the most value to near future updates - PLEASE ADD RUMBLE when you shoot and a slightly harder rumble when you land a shot on the enemy. Without the rumble? The shooting ends up feeling flaccid. It lacks impact as a result. I got used to it, but man this is something a lot of devs seem to ignore nowadays. PLEASE ADD RUMBLE to shots ASAP. And add rumble when you take damage too. Additionally the sound design is a bit weak - the gun sounds aren't quite there yet, and the music is mostly uncompelling. The boss fight music for the first boss in the second zone was good. That gave me some Doom Eternal vibes for sure. And I'm not necessarily thinking that this game needs a metal score to match Doom Eternal but what's there in the first zone, didn't land for me. It's not the right music. The fact that this is developed by 2 people is WILD. I hope that this team expands out a bit and finds some eager devs or composers (hint hint me... Gary The Bard. :) ) as having a few extra hands could help balance this out and make a truly fantastic all time classic. This is really close. Add rumble, work out the sound design / music - and you have a hit in your hands. You're 90% of the way there! Great job devs!

Got a few minutes in but so far very good!!! I love games like this where the objective is fun with the environment. Some game studios take it too far with making games too challenging or too much things to remember just to play. I'm going to finish this game -- something I haven't done in a long time with video games.

Amazing graphics, great game design, the movement is so fluid feels so smooth. Became an addicted with the game the moment I got in lol. Hope the game blows up because it definitely has potential. Give it a try!

This game is so awesome! it needs more weapons and maybe a way to buy back lifes when playing multiplayer. This game is amazing! so more maps and extra upgrades would be awesome

Умоляю сделайте подсветку редкости оружия, потому что гораздо проще и привычнее воспринимать рыжее или синее свечение вокруг пушки, чем искать надпись "ЛЕГЕНДАРНОЕ"

This one has the potential to rival RoR2 if done right. I enjoyed it, too flashy for me, might need a pass or two on the art direction, but overall great game already.
