i dont write reviews. I really liked this game. It hits all the buttons I was looking foreward to in a TD game. it was simpe and playable with keyboard and mouse unlike the description. it is worth the simple price alone. The gameplay is research tech to upgrade defenses and offenses and progress through ever harder levels, pausing to grind some to get research done but not to much to make the game unpleasant, and I hate grinding sooo much. I dont write reviews... i recommend this game.
The gameplay is very simple, the numbers are well-balanced, and the overall playthrough isn't too long — making it a satisfying and relaxing game to unwind with. In the early stages, you need to pay close attention to controlling the flag to heal your units. But as you progress, the numbers suddenly ramp up, and the game becomes an idle, stress-free experience. Even if you prefer unlocking the tech tree early on, you can revisit previously cleared stages at any point to earn currency. However, I personally recommend waiting until your numbers hit a qualitative leap before farming currency. Just grab a cup of tea or coffee, and by the time you come back, you'll have enough to unlock most of the tech tree.
I love this game! It's such a cool twist on the tower defense genre. Most of the upgrades seem substantial and worthy of your button click. The levels are fun and I like the different units. I give this game a 9/10 and I think you should give it a try! Thank you for reading :-D
