Feeling some nostalgia from this game. Graphic is ok even with my laptop setup with GPU and CPU lower then recommended by developer.
Very fun in single player and multiplayer. Only thing to point out to the devs that the crosshair is not accurate, wish it was in the middle
JUST A FUN GAME TO PLAY WITH FRIENDS!! WORTHA TRY, YOULL ENJOY THIS ONE
Gehabt Euch wohl!
Back in the 90's this game would have passed as acceptable. Too glitchy movement. Needs more time in the cauldron.
There is something potentially here. However, potential and actually delivering on that potential is not the same. As this is not being listed as Early Access, nor is it listed as beta I am compelled to state "Buyer Beware". This is a lot like in style to Dark and Darker, but in 3rd person. This is not an issue for me. I honestly prefer that in this style of game as so I can have a view behind me so I can react to immediate threats behind me. Movement feels sluggish. It has this slow methodical like pace, but that isn't good when facing low level enemies that move just a bit faster. This movement issue also impacts combat. A dodge/attack method is obviously encouraged, but the slow movement and combat makes this difficult. Especially when you are immediately faced with skeleton fighters that have this spin attack that "feels" impossible to dodge. Speaking of combat, I can't seem to be able to block. I will need to jump back in and make sure I was just having a pebcak issue. Blocking is a basic fundamental defense that is in every combat forward game, especially with a tactical style of combat. Leveling up is very slow. This game is all about the grind. Again, much like other games of this style. Be ready for the grind. Visually the game has this grimy/grungy look. Perfect for a dungeon crawl. No complaints. Thanks for reaching this point. First and foremost this is NOT a game for everyone. This is meant for a specific audience. However, it has SOLO PVE, so that does change up a LOT of how one can approach this. PVE is not an after thought, which is fantastic. There also appears to be NO SEASONS. Personally, I am pleased for that, as seasons just make the grind redundant. So with all of this in mind, I can give this a recommendation. You may actually enjoy the experience.
I got early access to the game through LurkIt, and I must say the game is very rough around the edges still. I played one round and did extract successfully, which I didn't expect. Overall the controls of the game are janky, and I recommend going through the keybinds first. Some of the keybinds aren't completely logical to me. Second of all, you are not able to change your "spells"/skills in your Spell Book. I'm not completely sure if that's done on purpose or with the idea that you have to think what to add to your spellbook. The game isn't well optimized yet (as expected) I did lag here and there while casting some small AoE spells. That is a major turn down from me. Overall, I'm curious how this game will be in the future, I'll keep an eye out. For now I would say try out the game, but don't put the bar too high.
