fun. needs more levels/variations in bosses. still fun though. but please... more levels.
Fun so far, the weapons allow for a very different feel on each run and the powerups offer enough variety to keep things interesting. Have gone all the way a few times and died a few times, so it feels fairly balanced.
brine balls
i have not played many rogue-likes but this game is very fun solo or co-op i think the only thing i could say is i want more lol
Played for 16 hours over time. tried it again today and ended back at base with no soul fragments, even though i collected almost 15 in one run
Tight aiming, nice graphics, interesting weapons but same enemies, 1st boss a mega sponge, underwhelming power upgrades during runs imho (6% increase for example), and just rooms where there's no rewards/roguelite elements which makes it grindy. Coming from Deadzone Rogue (great game), was hoping this was as good. It's similar but as noted, feels less interesting. It is co-op , and having only played single player, perhaps co-op is where this shines, but not for me in single sadly. I wanted to like it but it's sadly it's a bit bleh. Still going to give thumbs up but very slightly for me.
Is this Brine??????????
Can't connect with anyone online, it always times out or freezes. It seems ok for what it is if you catch it on sale, but even if you plan to play solo there are things you won't be allowed to do. And I don't just mean living into old age, as loneliness kills quicker than cigarettes. Some areas are designed for multiplayer only. GL down there.
Solid fun, but the balance is hysterically bad. To retain a level of challenge, you'll need to impose some restrictions on yourself.
