RAM is cheap these days anyway.
Interesting game, fun ideas and concept but plague with issues. You would expect from a physic based destruction game that they are consistent but they aren't, let me explain: For example if you run sub 60fps, the parts (springs for example) doesn't work at all. Until you get a proper frame-rate you will be soft-locked. Note that dropping resolution or settings barely affect the performances. If your game is not running flawlessly you will struggle to solve those puzzles. Input has a lot of latency you will see a delay when you trying to control the rotating part. Camera perspective is awful, so you must switch to free camera mode to properly evaluate elevation and what you are aiming at. So... forget playing this game if your pc is "weak". I had to switch to my rtx 3090 workstation to play it. My minipc wasn't able to handle this game (720p, potato settings and 0 AA get you sub 30fps). I had heavier game run better then this one. (why I use a mini pc is for power-consumption and convenience for travel)
Visual puzzles are definitely a big part of what helps my brain relax, and this game has some of the best and most engaging visual puzzles in a video game since Portal was released. When you add the fun physics system and the spectacular and rewarding effects to that equation, this becomes a very, very easy recommend. It's a simple, fun game, the campaign is very engaging and it teaches you the rules very effectively, and the sandbox settings let you play with the effects and the physics in the same way I'm sure the developers must have. I haven't tried out the "endless gameplay" setting as of the writing of this review, but if it's any good then I'm sure I'll be playing this game for a long, long time.
Structures go boom
It seems cool and all but my time playing it was rather limiting, and when I was confused the game always just had a video showing you exactly what to do which... Defeated the purpose of it I'd say. A puzzle that supplies the solution isn't much a puzzle...
Have to Alt + F4 every single level and fully reload the game, pretty much unplayable, apparently unfixed since 2022 https://steamcommunity.com/app/1671480/discussions/0/3416558908182793220/ The game is great when I can play it but if it's nonfunctional it doesn't really matter. A sad refund.
