Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 19 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A Tale of Paper is a short but really fun game with 3 characters in total , each having its own set of transformations , game is really close clone to little nightmares but it has its own charm , I really enjoyed it , solid 7/10 game with minor if none bugs in it.

Avoid this broken crap and save your time. Game is technically broken and abandoned. Game save does not work at all, also game is trying to run SteamVR everytime. Devs abandon it years ago. Polecam omijać i ten tytuł i tych devsów.
A Tale of Paper: Refolded ist wieder einmal ein weiteressehr gelungenes Indie Game.
A Tale of Paper, developed by Open House Games and published by Digerati, is a quiet, visually driven puzzle-platformer that places atmosphere and symbolism at the center of its design. Rather than relying on dialogue or explicit storytelling, it builds its identity around a simple yet evocative concept: guiding a small, fragile paper figure through a world that feels both familiar and strangely oversized. The result is an experience that leans more toward emotional interpretation than narrative clarity, inviting players to project meaning onto its journey rather than receive it directly. The game follows Line, an origami character brought to life, whose journey unfolds across a series of environments that gradually shift in tone and complexity. There is no traditional exposition or spoken narrative; instead, the story is conveyed through visual cues, environmental changes, and subtle interactions. This approach creates a sense of openness, allowing players to interpret the meaning behind Line’s journey in their own way. Themes of transformation, purpose, and connection are hinted at throughout, though they remain intentionally abstract. For some, this ambiguity enhances the experience, giving it a reflective quality; for others, it may feel too understated to leave a strong narrative impression. Gameplay revolves around a central transformation mechanic that allows Line to change into different origami forms, each with its own movement abilities. These transformations are introduced gradually, creating a smooth learning curve that keeps the experience accessible while still offering variety. Switching between forms becomes essential for solving puzzles and navigating obstacles, encouraging players to think about how each ability can be applied in different situations. The puzzles themselves are thoughtfully constructed, often requiring a combination of timing, positioning, and form-switching to progress. While the overall difficulty remains moderate, the design is engaging enough to maintain interest throughout the journey. Platforming is generally fluid, though not without occasional inconsistencies. Certain sections can feel slightly imprecise, particularly when dealing with depth perception or camera angles, which can lead to minor frustration. However, the game is forgiving in its design, allowing players to recover quickly from mistakes and continue without significant penalties. This ensures that the focus remains on exploration and discovery rather than repeated failure. Visually, the game stands out through its use of scale and simplicity. Everyday environments are transformed into expansive, almost surreal spaces when viewed from the perspective of a small paper figure. This contrast reinforces the vulnerability of the protagonist while also creating a sense of wonder. The art style is clean and cohesive, with subtle animations that give Line a surprising amount of personality despite the absence of dialogue. The soundtrack complements this presentation with understated, atmospheric compositions that enhance the emotional tone without drawing attention away from the experience. One of the more noticeable limitations of A Tale of Paper is its relatively short length. The main journey can be completed in just a few hours, and while additional content extends the experience slightly, it remains a compact adventure. This brevity contributes to its focused design but also leaves certain ideas feeling underexplored. The transformation mechanics, while effective, are not pushed to their full potential, and the game rarely introduces new systems beyond its core concepts. Despite these limitations, the game succeeds in delivering a cohesive and memorable experience. Its strength lies not in complexity or scale, but in its ability to create a consistent mood and maintain it from beginning to end. It is a game that values subtlety over spectacle, offering moments of quiet reflection rather than high-intensity challenge. In the end, A Tale of Paper is best appreciated as a small, artistic journey that emphasizes feeling over structure. It may not offer deep mechanics or an expansive narrative, but it delivers a carefully crafted experience that resonates through its presentation and tone. For players who enjoy thoughtful, visually expressive platformers, it provides a satisfying and contemplative adventure. Rating: 7/10
