Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 19 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a beautiful 3d puzzle-platformer where the environment scrolls horizontally left and right. and more rarely towards the back and front. I mean that you're not stuck on the same 2d plane like a sidescroller and that you don't control the camera as you want. But I didn't miss that. It made me think of Little Nighmares with the perspective, the graphics and the puzzles, but without the horror elements. Except for the big spider pursuing you at some point that is. ;-) Your paper character is the size of a doll in detailed real-world environments. Not as great as Little Nightmares but still very good. I thought the places with model planets were particularly nice. The puzzles were logical and enjoyable except the last one with the trumpets. If you're tone deaf, check a guide. I'm not and I still had to check it for the third part when I got too frustrated. I enjoyed the transformations into different paper forms although the initial ones were very limited. For example, the frog only jumped high and the ball only rolled in red tubes. not by itself. I particularly liked the kind of spinning Chinese funeral lantern (what is it?) that floated up high and down more slowly. The game might look casual and easy, but the platforming and timed sections could get a bit challenging. Just right for for me, though. The soundtrack was delightful with a children choir at some point and a strong Tim Burton vibe in the expansion. I'm not sure exactly what was happening, but the ends (three of them) were beautiful and somewhat touching. Main campaign was around 2 hours and the expansion (three prequel chapters) is around an hour and change. Longer if you get stuck on the trumpets puzzle (like I did) or the final and only boss fight. The regular price might be a bit expensive, but it was a lovely experience.

📄 A Tale of Paper: Refolded 📄
flash review

A Tale of Paper: Refolded is side-scroller and 3D puzzle-platformer made by Open House Games and published by Digerati. Playing as a Line, a magical paper creature that can shape his form into origamis, embracing into a journey to fullfill his creator final wish. Will you be able to overcome it? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3603909431

[th]🟩Positive aspects ⇁ [/th]

One of the most important aspects to take in consideration while I play a short game (1-6 hours of length), is how polished and clear the concept of the art and graphics is. Not like saying the rest is meaningless at all, but when you have a very narrow route you need to have the shell well designed, if not it will crumble apart. Luckily, this one reached the expectations, and it was a good enjoyement for the eyes as the same way it didn't feel off. ➢ Good environmental 3D art. The modeling is decently good as well as balanced in terms of details. I admit some areas need a brush of detail that could improve the overal aspect, whatever because the shape feels flat or because it's maybe too simple, or the quality isn't that good. Fortunately those are just small fragments of the overall view. What I enjoyed the most what the atmospheric and background designs. ➢ Delightful soundtrack. To dazzle your ears a great songs to captivate anyone that match the variety of areas of the map. Most of them are background melodies, with small sound effects, that fits perfectly with the concept of the game. ➢ Decent puzzles and platforms. Not gonna say it's a groundbreaking in this genre, but they are fun, not hard but with some small twist, I would say kinda classic puzzles but justified for the length and target the game is focused. Without a doubt, the origami transformation is the best mechanic so far. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3603909456

[th]🟥Negative aspects ⇁ [/th]

I liked the game, but it's hard not do comparison with others in the same genre, but I felt like a Little Nightmare rip off. Not a exact copy, of course, but the whole concept it's heavily based on it. I still enjoyed it, but due to some issues here and there, some QoL that could be better, and the puzzles were kinda generic, it's hard to say this is a masterpiece. ➢ Janky mechanics. Even if I didn't dislike the mechancis, and didn't face too much issues, sometimes they were a bit off and they messed up when I was trying to finish some areas. Not horrible, and the game is way better to be played with a controller rather then K&M. ➢ Boss spike difficulty. The last boss became way harder, and even if I didn't had too many issues with it (probably because I'm used to play harder games with bosses), I know for casual players that it's mostly the target of this game, they will face a bad experience, and maybe would be frustrating. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3603909471

[th]🏆Achievement hunting ⇁ [/th]

Not hard, since it's a very short game it won't be an issue to complete. Even if you miss an achievement it won't be a problem since you can finish the game in 60-90 minutes, and more you repeat faster you will go. The biggest problem would be kill the last boss without die, but I still doable. Unfortunately, there is not a decent guide available in the moment I'm writting these, but you have walkthroughts on YT with everything you might need.

[th]▫ ◨ ▪ FINAL THOUGHTS ▪ ◧ ▫ [/th]

I liked the game, it was few hours of enjoyement, but It's not something that would standout heavily on the puzzle-platform genre. I think any fan of Little Nightmare would be more up towards try these game, because 3D side-scrollers one of this kind are not as common, and it's cheap to get, or a big fan of the genre itself trying to dig more into new games, but for a casual player or someone who is looking for something better, or greater, yeah this game isn't good enough to supply that demand. But in any case, I still recommend it if you get it for cheap and if you like the genre, I don't think it's that bad to not give it a try. eerie cute world design the soft melancholy soundtrack and really fun puzzles and unique origami transformations all in one atmospheric platformer that tell a story without saying a word BUT who the heckity heck decided to make the R key instantly reset your chapter? No confirmation no are you sure? just bam progress gone !! ?? T^T Keyboard players beware if your controller is broken (like mine ) youre living life on the edge with every step also ♥♥♥♥ that roomba boss i still got my pure skill achievement so get wreckt vaaacum <3
First, 3d platforming where the 3rd dimension matters and you can't control the camera. That should be a game dev sin. Second, boss achievement that forces you to restart not just the fight but the entire freaking level to try to get it, that should also be a sin. Third, it appears that instead of fixing an achievement (related to the spider chase apparently), they removed it? Dumb.
I was going to leave a positive review until I got to the Boss fight at the end of Unfolded Melody. After the huge difficulty spike and the fact that it's in such cramped quarters, after the 10th or 11th death, I had enough. Not even close to fun, and it just brought to the surface a lot of the problems with this game. First of all, it's incredibly slow loading, and unresponsive at the menu and settings. Second of all, the checkpoint system is broken, so that if you don't finish the entire level, it shoots you all the way back to the beginning! Third of all, the camera position is horrible. Cheap deaths are often due to not being able to pan the camera in a true 3D manner, even though your character can move in 3 dimensions. I can sympathize with the theme of this game, and the artstyle and music are beautiful. And I don't mind the short length of this game But the janky gameplay mechanics and that horrible boss fight at the end forces me to not recommend this game to anyone, unless they truly know what they're getting into. Or the devs re-work the boss fight so it's not so tedious and hard!
Good gameplay and story! Felt like Little Nightmares
Awesome game, I can definitely recommend it. It’s simple to understand and just a fun platformer overall. It reminded me of Little Nightmares
