This is not the worst platformer I've ever played, but it is EASILY in the bottom three.
Your character jumps like Spiderman, but he also controls like Spiderman... on the moon, sliding on ice, while paraplegic.
The platforming is baby tier, if it weren't for the slidy controls there would be zero difficulty at all.
The jumps are wildly inconsistent. You cannot make some jumps while running; other jumps you can but will slide along the wall and fall off the left or right side.
The third level has levers that you have to pull with no indicators, that you cannot progress without pulling. And if you platform to the point where you need them, you have to jump back down and redo the whole section after pulling the lever.
The fourth level has steam vents that are not spaced properly, so you cannot run and jump over them at all, and to jump over at normal speed, every fourth one gets overshot so you have to pull back.
The environments look like stock Unity assets modified by someone who's never used a 3D program before. The UI consists of generic text on colored squares.
Despite being able to get 150 FPS on max settings, the game still occasionally hitches, and for some reason uses a huge amount of power from the system.
The lore text is... pointless, and doesn't give enough to make it worthwhile.
The main character's commentary in the first level made me hate a character faster than I ever thought possible.
And the worst of all: In order to play the last level, you have to give the devs your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ email, and then confirm it, for them to send you a code for the door to progress.
