Reviews
I've played this game consistently for 10 years and not once did I realize I haven't written a review for it until now. This is one of my favorite games of all time. Everything about it is perfect: the level design, tight controls, masterfully created music, and memorable characters work in tandem to make the perfect love letter to the 3D platformer genre. This, "Cute as Heck 3D platformer" is a blast start to finish and doesn't miss ONCE throughout the entire game. It's a rare example of a kickstarter game gone right. And this is all just for the BASE GAME. The two campaign DLCs take the game to the next level BOTH TIMES. I fondly remember impatiently sitting in my seat at school because it was DLC day and I got to play NEW Hat in Time content when I got home, and it was always worth the wait! Gears for Breakfast simply didn't miss when developing this game. Nearly 10 years after release I haven't run out of things to do because of the modding support. W devs, W game, W community, W kid with the hat.
i love this game
I really really wanted to like this game but it was some real issues. The other big issue i had was with the performance. This game runs terrible. Some maps suck such as the train map that randomly bogged down to 20 fps on 1080p even though i could run most other maps at 1440p 60fps with no issues. The tight platforming required in some sections is incredibly difficult with sluggish as hell controller response time. The game has a lot of charm but it feels like a chore to play and I don't recommend people play this.
Serotonina pura y dura, y humor mafufo. GOD
A good platformer that is fun to play though a few moments that kinda drag on, 1 good dlc though online really shouldn't be locked behind it and 1 bad dlc that just wasn't fun.
I love it
A hat in peak. Go play this already
One of my favorite platformers!! I love how this game is presented as this silly little game that doesn't take itself seriously. We need more games like this. All the characters are amazingly made and I like them a lot!!! The main story gameplay is simple and fairly easy, but there is Death Wish if you want an actual challenge. I love the modding community so much and doing Challenge Roads too. Also in the Vanessa's Curse DLC, the servers are a ghost town. So when you actually find some people to play with, it's so much fun.
