A Game of Thrones: The Board Game - Digital Edition

As a longtime fan of the physical board game, I was thrilled to finally have a digital version that handles all the tedious setup and rule-tracking automatically — and in that regard, it genuinely delivers. The UI is clean, combat calculations are handled correctly, and the challenge scenarios add a nice single-player story mode I wasn't expecting. That said, if you're planning to play online with strangers, be warned: the community is nearly dead, there's no turn timer so a single AFK player can hold your entire group hostage for an hour, and multiplayer bugs have a nasty habit of killing 3-hour sessions without resolution. The AI is serviceable for learning the rules but too weak to be a real long-term opponent, and reports of it cheating in later patches are genuinely frustrating. If you have a dedicated group of friends willing to coordinate outside the game, this is a great way to play more often — otherwise, temper your expectations significantly and wait for a sale.

Could you guys fix the bug that freezes the game and stops us from moving forward? It happens every single game and we can never finish the rounds. We do not have the expansions but we do enjoy playing from time to time. Idk what causes it but we get stuck click on an attack move and it freezes up.

The Bots are to easy, it's barely fun to play against them... It's fine if you're learning the game i guess. And games can randomly end & you are forced to give up / the games can't be rejoined. This bug makes it really unfun to play this game, when you randomly disconnect & lose everything you've built up for HOURS. In many aspects, this is a neat little cute version of the board game. But there are better ways to play it. IF the game is ON SALE, it's fine to get it. but definitly not full price.

Good adaptation of the physical boardgame. Great practice for the actual boardgame. One of the best 6-player boardgames.

Fiel al juego de mesa, perfecto para los que quieren jugar sin esperar a reunirse con gente. Aunque es una adaptación de un juego largo como juego de mesa, como juego en digital da para cerca de unos 30-45 minutos de partida, bastante aceptable.
