Charming characters and MC.

I love the company GB PATCH, this just might be their weakest product. Not that I didn't enjoy the characters! January was a favorite of mine, it just was a bit rough to get through. Some of the styles did not stay consistent, there were typos, it just felt a bit unpolished and the main character felt a bit confusing sometimes, there was not a very understanding of them, even as someone we should insert ourselves into. I felt as if the romance sometimes lacked, it was lacking something, communication with some of the main characters you were romancing felt like a rushed ending thing, but besides pointing out the things I didn't like, I want to mention what I did like! I loved the backgrounds to these characters, although we as the player didn't get to delve too much into our own story, the main three have lives that are super interesting! I wish we could have gotten into them more! I wish this game was a little more tidied up, but besides that I do suggest this game, I just wish it was cheaper for how it is.

It's a pretty fun game. I appreciate unique looking characters, interesting story and bluntness of MC. Though it doesn't really has much romance. And it's pretty short. I enjoyed it for what it is. P.s. January ending CG is gorgeous.

Dość ciekawa VN z romantycznym szkieletem historii, która jest trochę inna niż wszystkie, a z drugiej strony to tak naprawdę wcale nie, bo zamiast dobrać zakończenie na bazie kilku wyborów wybieramy je już na samym początku gry, a późniejsze wybory wprowadzają jedynie drobne zmiany do mniej istotnych wydarzeń. Tak więc podstawowy pomysł jest dość ciekawy i to pomimo że za pierwszym razem w zasadzie nie da się ogarnąć kogo wybieramy, więc zanim zorientowałem się że w sumie nic to nie zmienia byłem już na tyle głęboko że złapałem kilka innych interesujących wątków, których tutaj nie brakuje. Niestety większość z nich została tutaj jedynie napomknięta i nie została rozwinięta w satysfakcjonujący mnie sposób, przede wszystkim dotyczy to historii fascynującego świata, która została niemal całkowicie olana, pomimo że zaintrygowała mnie bardziej niż perypetie wszystkich bohaterów razem wziętych, ich konia i jeszcze pewnie z połowy jakiejś przeciętnej VNki. Sama opowiedziana historia za pierwszym razem była całkiem ciekawa, niestety przy drugim podejściu strasznie się wynudziłem, gdybym miał wskazać winnego jest to przede wszystkim wina sposobu w jaki została przedstawiona - większość ciekawych wydarzeń oraz faktów o bohaterach poznamy już za pierwszym razem, za każdym następnym zmieniając jedynie szczegóły, lub to kto odgrywa wtedy daną rolę całkowicie zmieniając w zasadzie tylko sam początek oraz końcówkę gry. Samo doświadczenie tego że sterowana przez nas postać bezlitośnie szydzi z kogoś kto wcześniej był "idealny" i na odwrót było całkiem intrygujące, ale niestety powiewu świerzości nie wystarcza na długo. Warto wspomnieć też o bardzo ładnej grafice w którą włożono naprawdę masę pracy, niejedna współczesna gra większego studia wygląda dużo, dużo gorzej. Czy gra jest moim zdaniem warta polecenia? Myślę że tak, spędziłem przy niej ~18 godzin i zaliczyłem dwa z trzech głównych zakończeń (jest też dużo więcej drobnych rozgałęzień) z czego zdecydowaną większość z zaciekawieniem. Nieco inna kwestia to cena, która moim zdaniem jest dość wysoka, sam złapałem ją w bundlu i nie narzekam, no ale każdy sam wie ile ma w portfelu i ile z tego jest w stanie wydać na konkretną grę. Dla mnie cena Steam jest zdecydowanie za wysoka.

I really didn't like Buffalo Seer at first, but they kind of grew on me the more I played. They're still creepy though lmao. Despite that, I mostly enjoyed this game! I like all three love interests, and the art and music is all pretty good. I wouldn't say it pulled me in quite like newer GB Patch games, but I did complete all 3 routes. I do wish there was an epilogue to each story, to show if the prophecy really did come true or if the characters subverted it. Seems like it could go either way for Piper and Kea especially. Too bad there wasn't a secret route for Trinette. ;p Overall, not bad! I'm glad I gave it a shot.

I hate it. I love it. I want more of it but it also irritates my soul. The story is great. The Plot is exciting but the way the main character acts like a 12 year old on their first crush makes me cringe. It makes perfect sense in the context of the game and I love the way everything unfolds and develops into something more beautiful. I just love/hate the main character anyway.

[ + ] • Schöner (Manga)-Art-Style, auch sehr gut gezeichnete Hintergründe, obwohl gegen Ende der VN leicht nachgelassen wurde z.B die Hintergründe in denen man nur eine Farbe sieht – keinen erkennbaren Hintergrund • 3 verschiedene Routen • Einige Achievements für jede Route – manche waren auch Entscheidungsbedingt vergeben • Angenehme Hintergrundmusik, die aber an manchen Stellen etwas monton werden kann • Viel Content [ - ] • Leider kann man den Text eben doch nicht überspringen, wenn es zum Basic-Teil der Hauptstory gehört – obwohl in den Anfangsmechanics steht Tab zum skippen drücken, reagiert die VN überhaupt nicht darauf – so hat man für den Spieler natürlich auch eine geeignete Beschäftigungstherapie gefunden – das beständige Klicken der Maustaste. Oof. • Es ist leider vergleichsweise so das von dem Text den man bei der ersten Route schon kennt massig viel vorhanden ist und das Überspringen des Textes dadurch unheimlich mühsam wird • Es ist bedauerlich das die einzelnen Routen so nah mit einander verknüpft sind – hätte mir unterschiedlichere Ausgänge oder Szenarien gewünscht

我还蛮喜欢这部作品的，角色很鲜活，小队慢慢成为友人的过程很流畅，集体剧情非常温馨，三条线的三个可攻略对象完全提供了三种不同的氛围，主角的人外感和狗狗感配谁都很好吃。 有些人觉得无聊可能是因为写得非常详细，比较适合写日常，加上节奏可能有点崩（后期差分也变少了），但是总体上感觉瑕不掩瑜。

One of my favorite visual novels of all time (despite the fact that it took me almost 5 years to finish lmfao, ily January and I"m sorry it took so long to do your route). I love the characters and the world, and I'd love to see them revisited in another game someday. If you've played any of GB Patch's other games, the writing is the same high quality. I think it's especially easy to compare to Our LIfe in the sense that, despite hardships, everything always turns out okay; the difference is that the setting here is less mundane and the stakes are quite a bit higher. I originally played this (Kea and Piper's routes, specifically) when it first came out, before the voice update. Usually I'm not a fan of partial VA so I turn it off, but I actually really liked it here and I'm planning on replaying their routes to hear their voice acting. Overall super super super super recommend this game, as mentioned earlier it's one of my all time favorites - and there's a LOT of content, I read pretty fast and took about 6 hours per route, which means that even buying the game at full price gave me more than an hour per dollar spent.
