Neko Station

This is a really difficult review for me to write for a couple of reasons. Firstly, CATTTTSSSS ♡ and secondly, [i]Not Monday Cafe[/i] is my absolute favourite idler. Where it excelled at creating one of the most well rounded idler experiences ever, this game falls short on so many levels and feels very one dimensional. For some context, in NMC you run a restaurant. There is farming, cooking, serving and decorating. You hire staff. There are customers. All of this happens passively while you earn money, with options for a more hands on experience if you want it. You feel like you are managing a restaurant. They did a superb job with the aesthetics and setting the tone. In this game, the train theme just feels like an afterthought. And then they decided to throw some cats in there for good measure. I travel for work. I am always on planes and trains. And I love the experience. I find it relaxing. I was excited to recreate that with cute cats but was turned off by the decorations immediately. It didn't mesh with the train theme at all... like why is there a china cabinet on a running train? I felt more like I was perhaps making a cat hotel, which honestly would have been a more fitting theme. There is a conductor, a running train and you stop at stations but that is where the similarities end. There is no one collecting or checking boarding passes, no where to store luggage, no trolley to offer the cats treats for their journey, no customer service at all!! What kinda train service are we running here >.< Other than just looking cute, you can click on the cats to build relationships with them. You can pet them, take pictures of them and give them a bowl of cat food. But other than that, there is nothing really going on. Similarly to NMC, there are little quests to complete to earn you extra money for decorating and expansion. From what I gather, you collect more money idling as you travel around different trains stations collecting more cat customers and by interacting with them. I am just really disappointed. They could have done so much more with this. Maybe hire staff to attend to the cat customers, provide services that are offered on normal train rides (and even add in some services specific to cat comfort), let us hire staff such as conductors, service staff or repairmen to upkeep the train. Just something because it feels so bare and frankly boring! If you just like completing simple quests and decorating, then you might find this enjoyable. But in terms of an actual diverse idling experience, this game falls flat. The cats are adorable but I feel like they were just relying on that and didn't really flesh out any other part of the game. Where NMC felt like a cohesive idling experience, this game just lacks any meaningful direction. ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาแค่เกมน่ารัก ๆ มีแมว เกมนี้ก็อาจจะตอบโจทย์ แต่ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาเกม Idle ที่ Core Loop ดี ๆ แข็งแรง และบาลานซ์ระหว่างการปล่อยให้เกมทำงานอัตโนมัติกับการที่ผู้เล่นยังมีส่วนร่วมในเกม เกมนี้ยังไม่ใช่ Best Choice สิ่งที่เราไม่ชอบที่สุด คือ การยัดเควสต์คลิ๊กลูบหัวแมวจำนวนมากตั้งแต่ 10 ครั้งถึง 90 ครั้ง (เราถึงแค่ตรงนี้ แต่ดูเหมือนมีแนวโน้มจะมีอีก) ทั้งยังต้องให้อาหาร ถ่ายรูปที่ต้องซ้ำ ๆ เหมือนกัน จนแอบคิดว่าเกมมันโล่งเกินไปจนต้องใส่เควสต์แบบนี้มาเพื่อดูให้ผู้เล่นมีอะไรทำบ้างมากกว่าจะมีเกมเพลย์จริง ๆ ของตัวเอง ซึ่งมันต่างจาก Not Monday Cafe ต่อให้มีภารกิจเสิร์ฟ 1 ล้านครั้งก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหา เพราะมันคือหน้าที่ของพนักงานที่ถูกวางหน้าที่ไว้ แต่จะใช้มุกนี้กับ Neko Station ไม่ได้ ถ้าเราทิ้งจอไปทำงาน เควสต์ก็ไม่เดิน ของก็ไม่ปลด สุดท้ายก็กลับมานั่งคลิ๊กเองอยู่ดี มันไม่ตรงกับความคาดหวังของคำว่าเกม Idle ที่โชว์บนหน้าร้านค้า มันจะดีกว่ามั้ยถ้ามีพนักงานบนรถไฟช่วยเดินเซอร์วิส ถ้าอยากให้เควสต์เสร็จเร็วขึ้น คนเล่นก็คลิ๊กช่วยแบบเดียวกับทำสวนใน NMC สุดท้ายนี้ตัวเกมมันแบนมาก ถ้าไม่นับการไล่ทำเควสต์ เราก็แทบไม่รู้จะทำอะไรต่อ นั่งมองก็ไม่เพลินเท่า NMC สู้ไม่ได้เลยด้วยซ้ำ เหลือแค่เปลือกของคำว่า Cozy โดยที่ Core Gameplay ยังพยุงเกมไม่ได้ ต่อให้ยัดกิจกรรมร้อยแปดพันอย่างเข้ามา ถ้าสิ่งเหล่านั้นเป็นแค่การคลิ๊กซ้ำ ๆ เพื่อกลบความว่างเปล่าของเกม มันก็ไม่ได้ทำให้เกมเป็นเกม Idle ที่ดี เหมือนการบ้านที่ไม่ได้อยากทำแต่ต้องทำเพราะจะไม่ได้เกรด A

Еще одна милая idle игрушка на мой рабочий стол. Пиксель арт простенький и хороший, котики замурчательные. А большего я и не ждала! ~ Купила в первые же минуты после релиза. Разумеется на релизе есть небольшие косяки, которые уже оперативно исправляются <3

My friend gave me this because it came out on my birthday and i love cats! i didn't expect it to be this good i love that it has task list, a timer and i can earn fishes with the timer too! makes me motivate it to do boring task through out the day. I only do wish it has night mode or some type of filter to make it less bright, other than that super adorable and useful!

挺好玩的一个挂机小游戏 但是买完家具为什么关不掉家具页面 返回按键也消失了 按空格只能看到主菜单在家具页面后面来回开关 差评是给这个bug 重启好几次依然有这个bug 触发bug几率太高了吧 开发组修复bug很快 改成好评 来好好说下感受。 游戏是放置挂机类型，后台挂着就能自动攒资源，不用一直盯着，平时电脑开小窗放一边，工作间隙随手点两下就行，完全不费时间。 车厢能布置的东西特别多，各种猫窝、垫子、小摆件随便摆。不同猫咪喜欢的家具不一样，想集齐稀有小猫就得慢慢调整车厢布局，光是折腾装修我就能玩好半天，打造属于自己的小列车还挺有成就感。 像素小猫设计得很用心，每只长相都不一样，动作也各有特点，会趴在窗边发呆、互相蹭来蹭去，看着特别治愈。没事点点屏幕撸猫喂零食，不用动脑子，心烦的时候打开游戏坐一会，情绪能缓和不少。 最后还要再夸下制作组，之前遇到一点小 bug 在评论区提了一嘴，没过多久就更新补丁修复了，反馈处理速度很快，能看得出来是真心在维护游戏，愿意听取玩家建议。 整体节奏慢悠悠的，没有打斗、复杂操作，背景音乐安安静静的，不管摸鱼还是睡前放松都很合适。喜欢小猫、想找个佛系解压小游戏的，完全可以试一试。

LOVE the artstyle. <3 The game is a solid 9 out of 10 for cat and train lovers such as myself... XD If I could play fullscreen, it would be a 10 out of 10. I recommend listening to ''Neko Station'' on repeat. (The song I mean, of course) (And as someone else mentioned in the reviews, nightmode would be an absolutely awesome addition ^_^)

The game keeps crashing every time I try to continue after decorating the train. I can't change the colour of some decorations as well for some reason and considering I've barely played it's not a good first impression. Feels very early accessy and it's unfortunately not nearly as fun as their other game Not Monday Cafe. There was just much more to do, manage and see in therms of pixel art. There are better Idle games out there for less money.

Such a lovely game, and the cats are incredibly cute! I even found a cat actually kneading dough with a rolling pin! It’s the perfect game to just leave open and play casually. I highly recommend it!

挂机猫咪开火车。那喜欢猫咪和火车的人可太有福了。画风很可爱，玩法无非是番茄钟挣小鱼干，挂机挣钱买家具装修，顺便收集全图鉴什么的。 摸乘客小猫非常美妙，不同类型叫声还不一样。摸猫还给钱（太友善了，被猫梆过的几乎落泪 司机猫不能摸，真严谨啊。
