A Case of the Crabs: Rehash

Classic! Love this game! Sad, I'm just now finding out this happened. Happy to see there is a 3rd game too. Curious how he recovered. Neat to see with 3D graphics. Was hoping right click or click and hold would be look, some funny dialogue to be had in the original. If there is a look, I couldn't find it. Intro of Arthur arriving in the boat seems to be missing, but not needed. Glad to see this get a rework for modern audiences to enjoy.

Love this game - played it a very long time ago on a flash platform but it has lost none of its charm. Hilarious story, great dialogue and voice acting from Jason Ellis.

A very small game, but The "FILM NOIR" ambiance is nice

Play both versions. The original versions of the Nick Bounty games are my favorites, tho this one is definitely graphically enhanced. My suggestion is Goat in the Grey fedora Original

One of the best Nick Bounty Games made by the dev for a ton of Telltale Games adventure games like The Walking Dead and Tales of Monkey Island. This is packed with jokes and references, and it has more voice acting than most offerings in the genre. It's best described as a film noir Monkey Island clone. The puzzles aren't frustrating and the story & script were obviously made with love. It's worth the small price tag over and over. It's a low risk purchase with a high value return.

I never played the original and managed to snag this when it was free. It killed 30 minutes or so and I got a few chuckles, being patient with the dated original content. If you're a fan of the dev or original game, give it a shot. Otherwise, I can't recommend it for the current $3 price tag. Too bad Steam still doesn't allow neutral reviews - not trying to kick the dev in the goolies here. It wouldn't stop me from trying the later games in the series if they were cheap enough.
