I found out about this game via Train of Thought when he played the demo, and I've loved it since! It's so quaint and cozy :]
This is a great game i would totally recommend it to some train fans. I can see a lot of love and care went into making this. I don't really have any complaints towards this game at all. One thing i like about this game is that it is hard. it shows itself as a cozy train game but it is not.
A cozy little run your train into other train adventure for those of you who like trains. 10/10 would drive my train into another train again. Wait, what? I like trains.
Right; so this game is essentially "what if Crazy Taxi, but with trains?" Good concept, fun gameplay, casual without being *too* casual. My primary complaint is that it feels under-embellished. There could be more unlocks (that affect the game- there are plenty of cosmetics); there could be a non-cosmetic difference between engineers and/or engines, there could be more cars, either resulting in longer trains or having to pick which you'll be hitching up that day, there could be more commodities, and there could even be the ability to take multiple gondolas (and therefore multiple freight deliveries at once), but most important of all- the map could be bigger, more intricate, and even more populated by rival trains, but particularly the part about it being bigger and more intricate- and just as important: there could be more quests. Right now, the last quest is "finish opening the map" meaning once you've unlocked the whole map, you've essentially beaten the game before you even explore the new section. Once all the content is unlocked there's still replay value, but there's no reason to continue playing beyond that, which feels like a waste. I think what I'm *really* getting at here is I've enjoyed myself playing this game, and I hope the devs see their way clear to making a bigger, better sequel, because they're definitely on to something here.
Welcome back Spirit Tracks: I had so much fun and will likely come back to this game every now and then.
very good
it's a really cute game in the best way possible, absolutely jam packed with references and interesting tidbits. I would really like lots of reverb when in the tunnels. and maybe some more map? and it is insane in the year of our lord 2026 that the game simulation is tied to frame rate, for shame!!
very enjoyable
i find this game to be really fun to play
Un jeu très agréable pour se détendre sans pression, dans un univers coloré aux environnements variés (que l'on débloque rapidement). Idéal pour se relaxer avec son âme d'enfant (on se rappelle des jouets trains de quand on était petit).
