This game has a lot of potential. I mean, the idea is great, the voice actors are okay. But please. If the narrator's voice could be something else than google traduction voice I mean, i dont know if its ai, but its not human And in a game where you dont have to care about the graphism at all, YOU CANT ♥♥♥♥ UP THE AUDIO PART. And yeah that's annoying, so i didnt play much But to those who can ignore it, have fun
games in mono. my speakers got forced to run mono, and i hear everything equally in my headset. not a single audio que is working and idk what to do because my subwoofer setup is always surround sound
Good
The novelty of a game without video is, I think, enough to justify the purchase, and the sound- and game design choices that are made here are definitely interesting enough to be worth studying for those interested. The idea that "limitations breed creativity" applies wholly here, but I don't think the game fully holds up as good entertainment for the average (not blind) player.
as others have said, its a great and very interesting concept to work with, especially kind of stepping into the part of someone who is visually impaired and "seeing" the world through their eyes and what impacts that has. but as much as i love the concept, it gets very repetitive after the first few fights. i have not finished it since i died multiple times from one fight and cannot properly figure out when to hit the enemies so i dont get damaged. adding to that is the respawn after dying happens before another running and finding the girl task. this adds much to the repetetiveness and doesnt help in trying not to die in the fight. so i generally love the concept, and would love to recommend it, but cannot, as it is too much of the same thing over and over for me (finding the girl, listening for audio cues to hit enemies) that said, it probably is a very great experience for actual visually imparied people, as it is basically intended as a game for them :)
