Neat
If you can handle pixel graphics this is a really fun and indepth open world rpg. Deep crafting, looting, dungeon delving. Fun little indy game with countless hours of rpg fun.
I know this game was made by one person, I really liked the game up to a point where the grind pushed aside all the cool elements that have been added to the gameplay. The game has so many different elements that can make it deep and engaging. Yet there are many QoL features that could have been added to make it a more accessible to anyone willing to sink all the hours the game demands you to spend fleshing out all its mechanics. Simple things like a removing the superfluous menus that slow down the navigation through all the items and crafting that this game requires you to interact with. Also the dungeons are almost as bad as unmodded Daggerfall, They rely to heavily on levers to unlock new areas, The levers could be removed entirely and it would make the dungeons more enjoyable. The pace of the combat does not match the amount of map gazing the game requires. Maybe the designer could simply not make the mobs respawn until the player exits the dungeon instead of resetting the entire dungeon everytime the player changes levels inside the dungeon. These are just a few changes, but there could be may others. Maybe there will be more updates. I hope so cause I love it when small developers make games that challenge the major studios.
myes, I do love making my own stuff and a highly customizable companion. I still prefer this over the remake >:D
giant killer dark magic balls
Every hack and slash, dungeon-crawler fan should play this. Yeah it's indie, yeah it's kinda janky, but it's pretty much pure fun.
Simple mechanics, lots of time sinks for those of us who like mastering all the extras. Fun game, would recommend.
