For developers
Tell us what your game is, what it costs and when it comes out. We show what comparable Steam launches of the last three years sold, the Steam fests and sales around your date, and how crowded your release week is — all from our data, every modeled figure marked ≈.
Not sure what to enter? See an example plan — a roguelike deckbuilder at $14.99, six months out.
Comps are the 20–50 released Steam games of the last three years most like yours: most of your tags first (at least two when you pick two or more), then nearest list price (within ±50% when you give one), then most reviewed. The same idea as the comps finder, ranked for one game.
The outlook is their spread — median and middle half, with how many games it rests on — at 12 months after their first sale and to date. It describes those games, not yours.
Events come from Steam's published calendar, and the release window counts the Steam games dated in the nine weeks around your date, against the same weeks a year earlier. There is also a standalone release-window report.
