Reviews
Nice game. Relaxing. Short but good

Steam version have no 2x speed button, that would help a lot to grind achievements. Also, if dev is still alive: develop Zombo Buster 2!
Great addictive game !! Highly recommended 10/10
Has about 25 hours of grinding to 100%. Otherwise, I enjoyed most of it. Does suffer from certain units being useless. 5.5/10
I genuinely like this game. I like the simplicity, the gameplay, and the mechanics overall. It's been a fun experience... right up until the final mission of each section. My biggest issue is the difficulty spike. Even after fully upgrading my gear and putting every medal into my equipment, I genuinely can't become any stronger. Yet the zombie spawns are so overwhelming that the mission feels like a guaranteed loss rather than a challenge. It honestly feels like the final mission of each section was balanced around a player with every possible power-up active at once, because I can't see how it was realistically tested otherwise. When you've already reached the maximum power level and still feel helpless, it stops being about strategy or skill and starts feeling unfair. I don't mind difficult games, but the final mission of each section seems overtuned compared to everything that comes before it. I'd love to see it rebalanced so it's still challenging, but actually feels achievable for a fully upgraded player. Looking through community discussions, I'm clearly not the only person who feels the final stages are an abrupt and frustrating difficulty spike. What makes it even more frustrating is that it feels like I have to fail five or more times before the game finally eases off and sends fewer zombies, making the mission actually feel possible. That's not satisfying difficulty—it's artificial frustration. For example, I had a fully maxed-out Rocket Launcher class with three units on a single lane, and even after using the damage-boosting power-up, I still couldn't kill that section's boss. At that point, there isn't anything left for me to improve as a player or through progression. The heavy reliance on RNG, combined with the amount of grinding required, turns what should be a rewarding challenge into something that feels unfair. I don't think the game needs to be easier overall, but the balance othese missions needs another look. They should test the player's strategy and preparation, not whether they get lucky with enemy spawns.

Innovative take on the tower defense genre. Game is challenging, requires a good bit of strategy, and plays seamlessly. I highly recommend it if you like the aesthetics, enjoy tower defense games, and aren't tired of zombies yet.
