The Best RTS hands down, QOL and Unit control are unlike any other RTS1
Zeroed my K ! !
You could draw a ♥♥♥♥ and balls on screen with units thanks to the click-drag command feature. How do I go back to other RTS after experiencing such QoL?
Solid RTS. Infinite resources - no long term 'decay' on quantities, only a fixed & limited number of resource control points which can increase or decrease based on map. Resources come down to Mex (Metal EXtractor) and Energy. Mex is control point based and can be increased (subject to diminishing returns; see the wiki's latest for specifics) by surplus energy to a point of eventually paying for itself. This can lead to very long matches (equal matches are not a given) where mistakes (IE: based on APM/Knowledge/Skill) are often the difference in who wins. But, if you like RTS you may find this feature is not a problem. On the unit front - every single unit is available to the player - no factions, no limitations other than one of resource, time, and a rather daunting commitment to building each factory type. The map's size & mex points will be what will likely matter most, typical small maps you might only have two factory types out. For me personally, I'm quite low on APM and this RTS is playable for me in general; I don't feel I'm punished for my slow clicks/movement nearly as much as other RTS games. At the cost of free, if you have the time to play, it's worth trying a few times - especially if you are the type that jumps straight into skirmish. You will need to build up knowledge because counter play is not always apparent (some units that 'should' counter a specific unit type may not always be the 'right' counter depending on your factory choices, and some factories lack specific counter play options entirely).
i would not recommend this to other players.
