Yogurt Commercial 3 is truly a hidden gem. It's criminal that it has had so little attention. It's hilarious. I couldn't stop playing until I finished it. I recommend it even at full price.
film some great commercials and then go to hell.
GTA meets Monkey Island perhaps? Good consequence free fun, and loads of fun it is. I have no affiliation to Bob's Yogurt.
Great sandbox, the game has various systems that interact in a quite emergent way.
There exists a Venn diagram including "what I would like to do with/to people" and "what I would like to do with/to things (including yogurt ofc)." That sweet, sweet, therapeutic intersection. I now store things in my stomach on the regular in order to vomit them up later at the most appropriate time. ;] Ignore the 0.1h. I was a betaboi UwU.
Bennett Foddy tweeted about this a couple of times in 2021 and it ended up being one of my favourite games that year. There's just so much one has to do to get a good commercial out!
For such a simplistic looking game, the developers put a great deal of thought into the game-play. There's seems to be a lot of influence from early Sierra-style adventure games but with more accessibility built in for players not used to that style. The puzzles and game mechanics are clever and the well designed. It's a challenging game but rewarding when you finally figure out the secrets.
I couldn't work out how to use the lighter so I just set myself on fire & charged at whatever I wanted burned
It was somewhat nihilistic, but that's what sandbox puzzles are all about. Really find finding unique solutions to bizarre and twisted problems. I played 'til the end. A++
It's a very silly game, but much of the silliness is unscripted up to your own creativity. Definitely worth playing.
