Webcam features don't work properly as advertised, so it doesn't provide feedback as it says. It is an interesting game, a valid activity for those who for various reasons can not attend yoga classes, easy to understand, good chance to create custom routes, music and landscapes studied in detail, accessible to anyone from the least knowledgeable to the best.
Great workout! I first found it on PS years ago and have been using it since. (I don't have any trophies because I don't use a camera.) I average 5 sessions a week and it feels amazing. You can use their programs (I do) or you can choose poses and put your own program together (I do not). They warm you up, work you out and cool you down, which I appreciate. I agree with other reviewers that the interface could be smoother (like a save feature so you didn't have to navigate all the way to your next program every time you log in) and a search and/or sort feature for the poses would be helpful. Overall, I am way more flexible than I used to be and I don't consider this a "game", but it is one my favorite Steam purchases :)
After the holiday season this is the perfect game to stay fit, with a super relaxing soundtrack and tons of costumization options to create the perfect environment to stay fit and it's also tons of fun, a must for all ages!
