I received this amazing game from the developers and wasn't quite sure what to expect! Another simulator game? This game blew me away with the depth of thoughtful content and the unique graphic design of the people and treasures that you find in the world! For such a basic looking framework, the developers have woven in an amazing amount of hilarious and fun content and activities! I love playing it! I do get addicted to good simulator games and this one has definitely made it onto my list of must-plays! I'll be living in the $1000000 Hoard Mansion in no time! Great job devs!!

I got this game as a gift thanks to a fellow streamer who provided me with a key. I will start this review by saying that this game is more fun to play than I imagined. It looks very simple and super satisfying. The more you play, the more you want to play. Yard Sale Simulator is exactly what you'd expect. A yard sale simulator. It's a simple game where you restore items' condition and resell them to customers. You can buy items from other people's yard sales and restore and then resell them. It's a game I can't stop playing. A game I recommend with both hands, 100%. A hidden gem that's well worth it. Try it. You won't regret it.

I am absolutely thrilled that I ran across this game! I was looking for something to just chill and play ...then POOF..I found this game. It is so stinking cute. There are so many wonderful little things about this game that I can't mention them all. The Dev's are some of the best out there. They will become like family. Their entire community is the most supportive community of any game I have played. They are constantly working diligently on addressing any issues that arise and adding new features/items to the game. If you are looking for a good little game to just lose yourself into...this is it! A++++

This game is a blast. I enjoy the quirkiness and the game mechanics are spot on. It's actually really neat to fix and sell things and make a little profit. I'm getting farther into the game and I think it's a great game. So if you're thinking of getting this game, I highly recommend it. Great fun.

cool game and gameplay

Been playing this game for quite a bit recently and gotta say its a ton of fun! standard simulator style game with a few cool twists. theres alot of fun and goofy content that surprisingly goes a long way and will keep you playing longer than you expect. The devs are extremely responsive and communicative and fix bugs and add content regularly. Community is a blast! highly recommend, will be playing all this devs games from now on! Audio is good, gameplay is smooth, graphics are to be expected for this type of game with some good funny design choices, not many bugs and they are patched fast as they are discovered!

definitely close to 5/5 stars only reason it isnt is i had a glitch which stuck me on the sale amount screen and i had to alt f4 to get it to close which i lost 1.5 hours of progress please maybe add more frequent auto saving :) thanks!!

If you are looking for a fun chill and relaxing game, this is the real deal. Lordfish and Queen fish have rally outdone themselves with the Yard Sale Simulator. The controls were a bit difficult for me. but that's more do to operator error than anything else. but its relaxing and I highly recommend to join the fish fam.

Currently addicted to simulator games and I thought I'd give this a go. It's even more fun that I thought it would be. There is way more content and things to do than I expected. I didn't realise I could access Yuppi Estates at first either so I'm currently working my way up to buying the biggest house! Also, NPC's walking into my parked car and acting like they've been hit is great xD
