Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 14 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Tolles, spannendes Spiel
This game was my introduction to the XCOM series. It took a while, but now XCOM is my favorite in the TBS franchise, if not my fave in general. The permadeath and actual possibility to lose an entire campaign (especially if you have no idea what you are doing) is fun, even tho it might not sound like it. That being said, the game does give you the option to save scum if you really want to. The DLC is a straight up upgrade with no downsides, and definitely worth getting, even for a first time player. The only thing that kinda bothers me about the game are the cartoony graphics, they don't fit the vibe 100%. Still, the game is a 9.5/10
A legendary turn base game when you lose a soldier trying to save the planet against aliens. Thanks to this game that Battle Brothers, Our Adventurer Guild, and more that were inspired by this game. I even played it for 81 minutes before I bought the games I mention in this comment post you know to see how brilliant the game is.
x com is very entertaining and can be very exciting battling aliens in a mission based game gaining levels up the ranks to buy armor, weapons, ect. You get to be the commander and send fighters after UFO's to be shot down or shoot down your planes. Some simplicity but Great fun -cheers.
Classic turn based strategy
One of the best tactical turn based squad shooters. The destructive environments are exceptionally fun and squad upgrades/skill trees are amazing. You can't really fck up your build like you can in other games. Goes to show how well designed and balanced the progression in this game is. Base building is also good, although a little simplistic. People say it's "too difficult", but that's only true if you have no experience with turn based shooters. You can always lower the difficulty. "Normal" is truly "normal" and not "easy" like it is in most modern games. The RNG does ♥♥♥♥ you over sometimes. You will miss a 95% shot on average once every 20 shots. It's frustrating, but that's how probability works. On the flip side you will sometimes crit on a 10% shot and absolutely save your squad by pure luck. You can either play it with permadeath and live with the consequences of your actions, which is a very immersive and cool experience for emergent gameplay, or reload saves and reconsider your previous moves if you don't like the frustration that permadeath brings. The game allows you to do both and doesn't force you into either one. It's one of those older games where you can really see the effort and love put into it. If you're fed up with current state of slop in the industry give this a try, you won't regret it. If you like it check out enemy within. It's a "DLC" from an era where DLCs actually gave you enough new content to make the next playthrough feel like a completely new and much improved experience.
Its so cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
