X Rebirth VR Edition

Редкостная шляпа. Во первых в сам X Rebirth играть после X3-X4 невыносимо. Там столько недочетов по самому геймплею - мама не горюй (полёт, торговля, карта...). И на все эти недочеты накладывается рукожопо выполненное управление полугеймпад-полуманипуляторы. Классическая игра весьма комфортно играется с клавиатуры (я насчитал 15 исп-х клавиш), и переложить 15 функций на 4 кнопки от VR-манипуляторов - такое себе решение. (на манипуляторах часть кнопок дублируются, что снижает их общее кол-во). VR-кокпит нарисован красиво, но абсолютно не функционален. Есть два экрана, и ни одной нарисованной кнопочки, куда бы можно было тыкать VR-указателем, переключая там режимы сканера или еще чего-нибудь. Озвучка на английском. Ты пытаешься с ориентироваться в предстоящих действиях, а тут еще эти нпс трындят что-то непонятное. Сплошное разочарование. Единственное что радует - кокпит, который можно выдрать из игры и попробовать модернизировать под свой VR-проект Играл на Pico 4 - запустилась не сразу. Пришлось обновить Wi-Fi роутер (купил с запасом TP-Link AX5400). Причем роутер пришлось перенести в комнату где играю, т.к. из прихожей скорость соединения была около1000Мбит/сек (несмотря на расположение в прямой видимости). Также скачал Virtual Desktop (на прошивке 5.8.2 заработала только версия VD 1.32.9). Видеокарта NVidia GeForce GTX 1650

Фантастическое погружение, просто космос, это надо пробовать! Х4 бы так сделали, но вряд ли комп потянет) Проблема в том, что даже 4080 супер не тянет игру в vr на более-менее приличных настройках( а в пиксели играть вообще не хочется. При высоких настройках графики о-о-очень круто всё выглядит и можно просто сидеть в кокпите у станции и наблюдать за пролетающими мимо кораблями) Но чем выше разрешение на глаз в шлеме и настройки графики в игре, тем ниже ФПС и тем больше укачивает. Видимо надо ждать когда RTX 6000 PRO станет доступной) И то я не уверен, что потянет в VR на максималках в 120Гц. В Quest 3 не разобрался как играть на стиках, даже не завелись, играю на обычном джойстике от xbox и все хорошо работает. Ну как играю, так релаксирую пока не укачало) Если вас не укачивает в vr и вы любите серию Х и космосимы - брать однозначно!

Very Good Game

With much sadness i have to not recommend, sad because its in fact a very well implemented vr game. - XRebirth without the yisha campaign isn't xrebirth, sorry. - The sense of scale is wonderful, but such a complicated game really prefers to be played in 2d, even though the menu implementation is fantastic. - I got very motion sick from this. The first step of the default campaign start did this, not the best.

If you dont go in expecting this to be X4 or expect VRs 2 screens to have the same performance of a single screen pc game you'll be fine. Im playing this 10years late and it is still one of the best VR native space games I have played. I like that fact I dont have to just be constantly fighting, I can just cruise around and be a space uber if Im feeling stressed and just want to do something chill. If you have played X4 before this like I have, you maybe a bit disappointed by the fact you can only fly one ship, but even so, there is so much in this universe to do. There are still a couple of bugs, I am not sure if there are mods of fixes out there for it but in De Vries and Omicron Lyrae you can get rocks freaking out in your field of view which should I will add a seizure warning for because it can flash extremely fast. It is immersion breaking. I didnt like how I couldnt explore the stations without a mission, thankfully there is a mod that will open all station doors. Its a shame that when you finally make your way to the bar and hear all the talking it is empty lol. Besides the few issues mention, it is still a great game. If there is a fix from the devs after 10 years for the rocks I doubt there will be one ever unless there is a community fix. Still worth the purchase, I have put about 40hours into it in about a month.

Developers! Everything is very cool! But if you had added a full VR avatar body, and the ship control was not through buttons but with the help of a VR body in VR space interacting with all sorts of levers, this would have been a top game until 2035! Roll out DLC with new ships for the player and the game will become a cannon! Oh, what are you saying! Leave licking the flat version of the game and make something for VR players! Please!

The game is fine, but the VR experience isn't. Flying the ship, navigating, and combat are all challenging but manageable. However, walking around space stations immediately gives me motion sickness. I’d love to play for more than 30 minutes at a time, but I just can't.

les controles était déja difficile avec les controleurs vr mais maintenant qu'on n'a plus le choix "manette" c'est pour la fuidité, mais l'ergonomie et les controles reste infect et j'ai encore abandonné au bout de 4 heures et pourtant ce jeux me tente mais il sait me rapeler qu il est injouable en vr

Works pretty well on a Quert 3 with an Xbox controller through Virtual Desktop. The dogfights are cool sometimes. The rest of the game is ok, same as the base X Rebirth.

Mit X2 Die Bedrohung angefangen aus der Computerbild... X2: Die Bedrohung (The Threat) ​X3: Reunion ​X3: Terran Conflict ​X3: Albion Prelude ​X4: Foundations Inklusive vielen Erweiterungen... Nach der X4 Flaute nun das Spiel X Rebirth VR. Ich war schon immer davon begeistert wobei die Steuerung des X2 am besten war man konnte ganze Xenon Sektoren auslöschen weil man super driften konnte. Aber bleiben wir bei X rebirth vr. Im Sale gekauft u d absolut empfehlenswert auch wenn das ein oder andere nicht sauber läuft oder funktioniert, es ist sehr schön umgesetzt und das ist somit wieder ein X Spiel das mir super Spaß macht. Die gesten Steuerung ist sehr schön, die Grafik ist sauber und klar, diese Gesten Funktion mit dem zeigefinger könnte ausgereifter sein aber im ganzen ist die Steuerung sehr schön das gefällt mir. Dieses Highway System finde ich persönlich schlecht, das fand ich schon in den alten Spielen schlecht, weiß nicht mehr welches aber dieses Spiel läuft sehr schön es ist wirklich eine gelungene Version, ein "altes Spiel" in VR und doch etwas neues und zugleich völlig anderes. Es wäre schön wenn man die Stationen betreten könnte anstatt nur die Lande Plattform und ja es wird immer so sein das ich es vermissen werde das man nur ein einziges Schiff hat, ich mochte es früher sehr meinen fetten Split Kreuzer zu steuern oder das langweilige Transportschiff. Diese VR Version ist jedenfalls gelungen und seit Jahren wieder ein X Spiel das ich empfehlen kann und gerne spiele, ich hoffe auf Updates 👍
