basically, everything is random in this game. want to attack? 100% random. defense? random. you have NO control over anything other than mashing buttons and hoping the dice roll in your favor. I do not like games that do that, might as well go play poker or some other shifty gambling game. good basis but no skill, no control, no substance, nothing.

This game scratches so many itches I didn't know I had. A small open world wrestling game where you can control everything or only yourself. It's a little hard though because the AI will just start beating you up backstage and you'll wind up in poor condition for your actual match. BUT, once you're used to it, the game is perfect. The N64/PS1 Syle graphics are a beautiful touch as well, I hate that I didn't discover this game sooner.

what actually killed my character a) getting run over 8 separate times by a train over and over b) suffered extensive injuries that should've been the end of my career c) some random guy in the bathroom drop kicking me while I'm at low stamina it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ unbelievable but it's C, after 10 hours of progress only to end because a wrestler decided it was my time and drop kicked me to death.

I've loved these game for years and still do. Thank you Mat Dickie for this masterpiece.

this is the most npc biased game in the world npc ride your ♥♥♥♥ for no reason even when u have never even said anything to them.

Look, I know this game isnt going to rival the graphics of the newest massive franchise game (you know the one) but it makes up for it with the features it provides. Story lines are way better here, the ability to chuck your opponents right out of the ring and into objects feels great... even if it does wind up in the death of your opponent.... it was a pure accident... that saw my tag partner that i dragged with me via a contractual nepotism clause until we had the tag titles, turn on me at the memorial show for the wrestler i accidentally killed... which then saw me get fired... i had to return to wrestling school and work a handful of matches just to wind up back in the same promotion, making $3,500.00 less than I was before the accident. if you love wrestling and wrestling video games, you owe it to yourself to check out the absolute insaity that WRESTLING EMPIRE brings to the table.
