100%'d the first two championships and half of the third, so I gave it an honest try. TLDR; driving feels bad, the roads are like ice, and making a useful amount of money takes forever. Janky as hell. Not worth even on sale. Pros: -I like the car models; a bit dented and beat up, which makes sense for demolition derby -Damage to the cars actually affects the driving experience e.g. a damaged wheel means you can't turn as well, bad suspension can throw you off a road, etc. -When you actually get a solid hit on another car, it feels excellent. Meh: -Upgrading is fine i guess. Very limited. Changing performance really only makes you accelerate faster. Cornering ability and top speed change with the amount of armor you have, but you can't upgrade them directly. -Cosmetics exist? Minor changes that you will probably never notice while playing. -The music is good background noise, but never stands out or adds any thing really. -Racing maps start repeating before the end of the second tournament (out of five I think?), would have liked more variety Cons: SO SO MANY -The physics suck. Half-invisible bumps in the landscape launch you into space if you touch them, your car is slippery on tarmac and essentially ice skating when on dirt. It's very easy to overthrottle, which kills your grip even more. Braking is harsh, trying to feather it isn't much better. -Suspension behavior is terrible, seems designed to shoot you off the road rather than keeping you on. -Most races are short 3 lap tracks (~30s - 1.5 mins per lap), which makes any mistakes extra punishing. If you have a bad crash, get pushed off course, etc. its almost always better to reset. At least half of the races are decided within the first 10 or 20 seconds: if you can get to 1-5th place, you have a chance at winning. if not, you are probably going to get stuck in the second or third slowest pack. -Almost every race starts with a quick, lightly-armored car in first place that that will build up an impossible lead unless you chase it down immediately. It you don't catch with the first lap, probably a restart. Picking a heavier car and trying to take out the others is only viable in the longest races when against the worst AI. -Even for first place you usually only win $1000-$1500 per race, sometimes ~$1900. The first three or four cars are cheap, but after that they starting hitting 10k, 12k, 19k. A bunch of the races require specific car types or models, so the grind really isn't avoidable. -The cars never feel GOOD when driving, the large ones are especially bad. Trying to make a turn while moving faster than 20 mph will send you into an immediate roll. -The bonus objectives can be unreasonably difficult (doing 1000 damage with a compact car in three short laps is infuriating), but I think they only give EXP and can be skipped. I could honestly keep going, but this ♥♥♥♥ game has taken up enough of my time. Uninstall!
On sale it's roughly 3 euros for a game where you can wreck cars. You literally cannot go wrong with this
Уступает игре Trail Out и даже старенькому Flat Out 2.
LEGEND game
Gouda Cheese
the game is pretty decent and has good physical damage cars and mods as well, recommend game indeeedd

my second event consisted on getting pushed off the track by an IA from the left without no chance to do the same to them. bough a jeep but was worse... no FTWE what so ever. so frustrating that round track... refound
