About
Kondoorsoft returns with the long-awaited sequel to the shareware sleeper hit Wizzerd Quest! How did we manage to top such a strange and charming game?! By quadrupling the scope, building an brand new entirely 3D open world to explore, and adding LIVE-ACTION FULL-MOTION VIDEO CUTSCENES into the mix!
Good news! You beat Wizzerd Quest and saved the island of Wayword! Or maybe you're new, so you didn't do any of that! Either way, bad news! - The mainland is in even worse shape! A necromancer cult has taken the Emperor's body into an evil cathedral to do who-knows-what to it, and it's your job to drive them back, region by region, rescue the Emperor's remains, and bring peace and freedom to the land of Evenfall! You can do this solo, or call in a buddy to help with Wizzerd Quest 2's full split-screen co-op mode!
Let's face it: you liked Wizzerd Quest, but the jank gave you a headache. Well good news, sport. You can now experience the iconic Wizzerd Quest writing and optional co-op gameplay paired with major enhancements:
Full 3D movement and camera controls, including full key remapping and mouse sensitivity adjustment!
A vastly improved inventory and bartering system anchored by mouse or controller-driven menus that no longer require awkward button mashing!
A proper map system with full player and landmark location (but no yellow paint, and if you ask us for quest waypoints we will cry so please respect our choice to Daggerfall-up these quest objectives)
A rich collection of minigames, dungeons, factions and side quests, so you can tackle the game at your own pace!
Unique, hand-written dialogue for every NPC in the game, rich worlds full of hand-placed landmarks and lore, and absolutely zero microtransactions, invasive DRM or AI slop.
If you like a retro RPG that will give you all the good brain chemicals, never ask you for real money, end in a reasonable 5-10 hours, and leave you with a smile on your face, give this charming retro RPG a try. You won't regret it!
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: SPLIT-SCREEN CO-OP REQUIRES TWO CONTROLLERS TO PLAY.
LESS IMPORTANT, BUT STILL RELEVANT NOTE: MacOS support for the Steam version of the game is coming soon! We have ready builds but can't release until Apple notarizes them. Stay tuned!

Positively splendid! Reminds me of my yesteryears when I had not a care in the world. Every npc, no matter how seemingly irrelevant, has some cheeky utterance to tease out a guffaw in this old chap's tender soul. Acrobatics and absurdity abound!!
I LOVE WIZZERD QUEST 2 IM A WIZZERD BABY

A really fun game. Just the right amount of challenging and entertaining. Great work to the dev team. Can't wait for future releases.
The game is great untill you get to that DAMN FOREST BOSS i sure love getting beta diddled by a low polymorgh rake after i spent twenty minutes fumbling around in the dark forest of the nine hells to get all the cubes. SO glad that they put them in a circle at the edge of the map so i could very s l o w l y walk towards my destination all in all this boss sucks everything else is great 5/10 first game had creepier dungeons.
Something about this game just spoke to me i when it was fun it was really fun, found a few bugs here and there but nothing that made me wanna quit. the downfall for this game for me was when the main bosses just kept being gimmick fights, one that if i hadn't managed to find a sword in a dungeon slightly earlier i think would've just hard locked me since you cant leave boss rooms once entering. i buy a game to have fun and i knew this was gonna be a joke from the jump but when an entire boss is just slender a game from 13 years ago? i just cant anymore, i truly hope when they make their next game they fix the major issues i have with this game because i can tell love and effort went into this fun little game, but the bad is just too much. maybe if it gets a major fix update ill change this review but for now its gonna be a no recc.
I love this game, it has everything good about the first Wizzerd Quest and more and bigger. In the settings menu the shaders on/off were switched so I thought I had them on but when I saw a youtube video of the game I realized and switched it. Instantly beautiful. The most terrible part of this game is when I went back to the isles for side quests I stepped into the mayors cabana and RESET MY PROGRESS to the begining of the game! Now I have to follow the main quest AGAIN to get back to where I was. That almost makes me want to quit the game 8 hours in (I took my time). I noticed freezing and lag only after beating a boss and when the guards chased me in Pinvidic City.
Outstanding. This game is a lot of fun just like the original, but five times the size. I am truly enjoying myself with this game as much as the first one. --> This game runs in Manjaro Linux without proton <-- If you're looking for a simple game, upgraded graphics, nicer fighting and more quests look no further than Wizzerd Quest 2! I highly recommend this game! TO THE DEVS: Time to get Wizzerd Quest 3 out asap. I'm waiting with bated breath!
Absolute classic banger. If you remember games from circa 2008, they were mostly unpolished and had a certain feel, where you played the game, and sometimes there were bugs, or areas you couldn't get to or some difficult section that the only way to beat was soup to nuts and just do it. This game brings all of that, with the cut scenes that really bring me pure joy. The split screen experience is...... it need work, and they're working on it. As a single player experience, its amazing, and split screen is just fine. Give it a shot, for $15 its a steal, and on sale it's a no brainer.
This is a very charming game, and I'm really glad I played it. It's just a chill time with some funny characters and bosses. Definitely recommend.
