Wizzerd Quest 2

Only played a little over an hour with a friend, and so far have had a good time with the silly world of the game. If anything I think this is a great game to relax and play with someone. Though I do have a big issue that I wish was better. That issue is how the coop portion of the game is set up. Player 2 cannot interact, equip items on their own, can't open the map, read signs, talk to NPCs, or fish. So there are so many awkward times where they are stuck waiting or I have to just go around while they have nothing to do. The combined stat bars is interesting and I have no issues with, aside when it comes to falling. If either player falls to their death then both players die and restart the section. Aside from that I think it's been a fun game.

Game is fun. It's like a stream lined version of daggerfall.

This is a very charming game, and I'm really glad I played it. It's just a chill time with some funny characters and bosses. Definitely recommend.

very fun little rpg, feels like the devs looked at morrowind, thought the combat was annoying, and threw this together after taking the fattest bong rip. Though I will say that the choice between class really didn't feel that impactful aside from starting weapon. I could go on and list a few other gripes with how the numbers work with stat regens and some other nitpicks but honestly, I stopped really caring about them the more I played and the more I saw how much fun it seemed like it was to make this. can't wait to see more from these guys

Outstanding. This game is a lot of fun just like the original, but five times the size. I am truly enjoying myself with this game as much as the first one. --> This game runs in Manjaro Linux without proton <-- If you're looking for a simple game, upgraded graphics, nicer fighting and more quests look no further than Wizzerd Quest 2! I highly recommend this game! TO THE DEVS: Time to get Wizzerd Quest 3 out asap. I'm waiting with bated breath!

Great and fun beginning, but feels off the rails once you get far enough. The game doesn't really point you in a general direction, which is fine for open world games, but it doesn't actually tell you how to unlock anything. Multiplayer is poorly made, I loved what I experience, but I had no control as the second player and felt disconnected from the experience with my friend. I will update my review if anything changes, but for now, if you want to play with friends I wouldn't recommend it.

Very charming. It has the old school graphics aesthetic appeal, but also it's important to say they did a really good job distilling the open world RPG experience to all the essential pieces. Only liberated one zone so far and eager to do more, still feels like there's new things to discover at two hours in, like whatever crystals get you and what happens when you buy yourself a house. Loving the co-op but wish it were easier for my friend on remote play to do the jumping puzzles, he keeps lagging even though we are green connection with 3/4 bars.

The ingame videoclips is what first drew me into this game and they do not dissapoint! The gameplay is solid (even the few bits of platforming) and discovering the world and exploring caves is a lot of fun, perhaps a bit empty at times but overall it's really good. It could have used some more enemy types but the ones that are there are satisfying to defeat. The boss fights are varied and fun and doesn't feel like a chore. Keep in mind that the game is not super challenging, it's very basic, but too much of a challenge is not what I want in a game nowadays, I rather have a good experience and that is what this game delivers! The devs are quick to respond and to fix bugs! Hopefully there will be more content added or DLC in the future.

I love this game, it has everything good about the first Wizzerd Quest and more and bigger. In the settings menu the shaders on/off were switched so I thought I had them on but when I saw a youtube video of the game I realized and switched it. Instantly beautiful. The most terrible part of this game is when I went back to the isles for side quests I stepped into the mayors cabana and RESET MY PROGRESS to the begining of the game! Now I have to follow the main quest AGAIN to get back to where I was. That almost makes me want to quit the game 8 hours in (I took my time). I noticed freezing and lag only after beating a boss and when the guards chased me in Pinvidic City.
