As someone who loved the LoLo games back in the NES days, I sure got the same vibes from it. Makes you frustrated in a good way because there is always an answer to all the puzzles and you only have yourself to blame. If this came out 30 years ago it would be a fullpriced game, worth the low askingprice.
Some great puzzling with a surprising amount of depth from such seemingly simple mechanics. I haven't beaten the whole game yet but I'm gonna get through those last few puzzles!
Well this is a game that checks off alot of good aspects but it still has some issues. But the good, Cheap price. Good and intresting premise, Good art style, And runs great aswell, The negetive's Lack of introduction of how the game works as it's quite lacking. So unless you have experience with puzzle games. you will be confused on how things works. Making everything to be to x amount of moves, Just limits the diffrent amount of ways of completing it. (Personally i would limit the amount of moves to a harder difficulty) But for the low price. and the good aspects. It sets a good foundation on what kikmora might deliver next.

Fun, challenging puzzles, neatly packaged in a charmingly horroresque setting - what more could one ask for?
Such easy mechanics and yet so hard to figure out some puzzles even though your only supposed to make 10 moves. Really neat game play with well designed and interesting puzzles! Loved my first hour playing.
Witty and fun! Interesting character designs and just the right amount of challenge! ^^
Too much thinking for an old man but nice atmosphere and sound
A truly lovely game with, for me, some really hard puzzles. Really cool art, really cool music, and works perfectly on Steam Deck. Check this game out!
What do I want from a puzzle game? The puzzles have to be logical, the ambiance has to be fitting, the game play has to be snappy, but most important, solving the tougher puzzles has to feel rewarding. Wizard's Way Out has all of that going for it (and more, if you ask me). I'm not great at puzzle games and the way I approach them is to play them until I get stuck and then move on to other things, never to return. I got stuck 4 times in this game, and came back every time. I just beat this game a few minutes ago and the feeling I got from doing so was awesome. I absolutely have my fingers crossed that Kikimora keeps developing, hard as it may be to get a real chance from a wider audience, as they definitely put love in this product (and, I also want a sequel, haha!).
Executive summary: It is a great game, reminds me of old push puzzles back on the first mobile phones but with a twist. The game is hard as hell as well and can get a bit frustrating at times. Definetly worth the price. 4.5/5 and a great first entry for a new developer. Lacking just a small amount of polish. Pros:

Awesome art style
Great non intrusive music
Mentally challenging puzzles
While seemingly nonsensical story it is pretty endearing
Cons:

Keyboard and mouse controls are not too intuitive
Game lacks difficulty presets, some of the levels are really tight and you can easily get stuck.
Hints are very vague and of limited help
Some interactions are not explained well - would love to see easier levels to ease you in.
Excited to see what next is coming from Kikimora.
