Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 22.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 46.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Witchfire is a single-player RPG shooter from the creative minds behind Painkiller and Bulletstorm. Embark on perilous expeditions, vanquishing foes to enhance your powers and arsenal. Scavenge valuable resources and retreat to your sanctuary, or push your luck by confronting Familiars— the powerful guardians of the witch.

Skill and knowledge are essential for success against the Witch of the Black Sea and her witchfire-fueled army. If you die, return to the battlefield for a one-time chance to reclaim what you lost, or attack again with a new plan.

Explore vast, immersive biomes and choose your battleground to confront the witch's forces. Each completed encounter strengthens you and your arsenal through the roguelite system called Arcana. There are countless ways to build your preyer and dominate the witch.

Only the most wicked sinners are transformed into preyers, undead assassins sustained by witchfire flowing through their veins. In the base of operations known as the Hermitory, you can choose from a wide selection of distinctive weapons, spells, and artifacts to build your own preyer.

On each expedition, you can extract your looted items or, if you feel confident, confront the witch’s Familiar to unlock new areas and powerful items and upgrades.

Piece together a story from the past to save the future. Investigate ships crashing on the verge of the witch’s land and locate the artifact that can tip the scales in the ongoing war between the Church and the witches.

During the Early Access period, Witchfire will undergo changes, including new areas, enemies, weapons, and tools of destruction. Help us shape the game to reach its full potential!

I'm usually on playstation. But i solely bought a Gaming laptop for steam. Thank you guys for optimizing this beautiful game for people who may not have a crazy set up. Thank you for sticking to a single player format and not turning this into a competitive shooter. This game is going to have a crazy legs as far as people discovering it for the first time. Addicting atmosphere and combat it looks just as good if not better than what we have seen in trailers and sneak peaks.
An Impressive Fusion Of Many Things
Wow. Just wow. This game blew me away. I heard about this game sometime ago but was skeptical about the amount of content avalible. That concern has since been completely eliminated. I can easily see myself sinking at least another 30 hours into Witchfire.
Basically, it's a mixture of Dark Souls, Roguelites and Extraction Shooters.
And I feel as though it nails almost every aspect of those genres. It isn't brutally difficult like Dark Souls, but it still gives a fun challenge and rewards players who put effort into learning the game's mechanics. The roguelite elements are a core feature when playing. That said though, it does not hugely impact the overall experience. The random elements added are just a nice way to keep things fresh and interesting. Lastly, I guess it is technically an extraction shooter as well except, it did away with what I found to be the worst part of extraction shooters, other players. This is a PvE only extraction shooter and I am all for it. Overall a great game. It's very impressive seeing this being developed by an indie studio. I look forward to it's full release! Oh and a note to the developers if they see this! PLEASE try and optimize the Velmorne area. I experience a severely reduced framerate everywhere and anywhere in that area. The other areas I have exploredd so far run smoother than butter! Kudos for your optimzation so far!

This ♥♥♥♥ go hard as hell
(Cachyos) This game feels exactly like Destiny 2 to play. You start with something similar to Ace of Spades, and it feels just like it to fire. Even the glowing weapon effect when you proc its ability is similar. You have two weapon slots, then a heavy slot. You have a melee, a spell, and then a "heavy spell." You have a double jump that feels just like the hunter agility jump that let you change directions in the air. The slide feels similar, the hang time feels similar, how satisfying the weapons feel is similar. The starting auto rifle even looks like one of the dreaming city weapons, and it chains to nearby targets after you select them by aiming. You go out and explore, fight enemies, then come back to a safe place to upgrade ♥♥♥♥ and mess with your inventory. Just like how you do an activity and then go back to orbit or to the tower. So far it is really scratching that Destiny 2 itch, rip in peace.
遗迹二之后唯一一部让我眼前一亮的射击类魂
好玩,上瘾,目前来说除了偶尔卡顿之外没有缺点,希望以后能加入联机功能。
