Wish -tale of the sixteenth night of lunar month- is a kinetic (no choices) visual novel that has its appeal. Although the story is a bit cliche in many areas, you can tell a lot of soul was put into it. Unlike many other VNs around now, there is actually content in this. It will take hours to get through this, and it is only a beginning. Though I did find one thing pretty amusing, and that was the translations. There were some translations using more slang like or casual English and it just sounded pretty funny at times. To not spoil the story, I won't really dive into that, but I would say it is worth giving this one a read if you have the time to. Rating: 7.0/10 Recommend Price: $5.99

The game story seem interesting but I can not recommend it simply because it is incomplete. This English version is just the prologue into the game and other parts have yet to be localized. Also the graphic design is a bit off for my taste but you can get use to it. I don't recommend this game simply because it is not finished, without the complete story there really is no point in buying this. Maybe some day when the game is completely localized.
Infumable
How do I write this? ;_;
Story - 9/10 The writing is so detailed. I felt like I was right there feeling myself get bitten, clawed, cut up. Worst of all feeling the emotions going through the character's heart ;_;. It's frustrating what each character goes through, because it really takes its time to develop each character. It's peaceful comical moments interspersed with its painful moments. Music - 8/10 The music matches the mood very well. It really gets you to feel what is going on. Interesting Tidbit I didn't even watch the trailer for this game. I just saw the cover art and title and knew I wanted to play it. I realized the art-style is much like the Type-moon style and hoped that its story would be like a fan love letter to that studio. Part of the reason, why I wanted to play this is for the same reason I wanted to play Stardew Valley, since it took its inspiration from Harvest Moon. Sometimes the Fan-made game is a great spiritual successor to the original. I don't regret reading this story. It was a nice roller coaster ride of emotions like expected without the unneeded choice-elements. In a way, it's like binge-watching a spin-off of a type-moon anime. A big-thank you to this creator. I look forward to more stories from them. I'm sure they can weave a story of their own. Also a big thank you to icaio for creating this giveaway. I've been trying to win this for over a year. Doing all kinds of giveaway puzzles :')
It was so slow paced, it was really hard to enjoy it because the story was too long and the point of the game was too longly explained. It was too much like other stories I’ve played but it’s really hard to continue and recommend. I couldn’t really enjoy it.
It's ugly and takes its sweet time to tell its story but I wouldn't mind it except that the story is incomplete and there's no sequel. So can't recommmend it.
Wish is a kinetic novel, that means you read through the story without choices. At first I didn't like the UI, it could be better, Unity has many resources that let you make it more user friendly. The art resembles Type-Moon early games that I played, like Fate / Stay Night and Fate / Hollow Ataraxia. Also the text is of the game is similar to Fate / Stay Night. The music is good, what I miss in this game is an Extra menu to see CGs, listen to music and other post game features. I want to listen to that main theme, it's really nostalgic. Don't expect the graphics of the game to be like today's VNs, the game is a lot more like classic ones made in early 2000. The story resembles a lot like Fate, a dark supernatural plot. If there's a sequel, I hope it will be as good. Some review says that the game don't have save feature, well, if you right click anywhere in game the menu will pop. How hard is that? Even with some limited features I recommend this novel. Maybe we will see some more of it.
