I have not yet finished the game but I put this message to the developers. You have made an amazing game that can be joyful to play at times but aggravating at others. To minimize this is firmly believe that you should have more checkpoint in the game as it is very punishing to go through all the room sections again just because you fail some parkour. I also believe you should let players change the action key needed for special moves like dash ect. If that is not possible I believe a better solution is to have the dash be inputted by pressing the jump button after attacking an enemy. Thank you for reading and I hope you take this into consideration. I now understand the button choice after farther incursions into the game. I redact that statemnet. Thank you.
This game is a solid 7/10 Combat is enjoyable, boss fights are fun, story gets the point across, save points are rare, finding where you are on a map is hard, crocodile enemy is total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, parkour sometimes gets hard but when you get the hang of it is really fun. My biggest issue would be rarity of the save points making back to back parkour/fights frustiating.
Its verry good :) and if you disagree im not saying you're wrong im saying you're bad
This may be the worst game I have played in the last 10 years.
I have a common monitor with a 1920 x 1080 and the full screen setting makes game unplayable using window mode is better but every time I travel to next screen everything switches back again. Till issue is fixed I cannot recommend
Souls veteran, got past the 2nd boss and got bored. There is a big lack of depth to the game. It has a bunch of shallow systems put in there that feel like they are just there to be there. This game does not feel designed around any kind of inventory or leveling system. And because they needed to tack one on it ended up feeling like two game styles clashing not working together.
Love the game, very good experience!
Fantastic Castlevania-like. Great controls, perfect challenge, and really fun gameplay. It's a little buggy and the spelling is not the best, but it's still worth a play.
Played Unbeliever a bit first, thought yes, enjoyable. Then along comes this on promotion and already has more charm and flair than many more expensive games. If you're a vet, this has it EDIT: I don't think I've ever paid so little for an indie game and got so much out of it... 30 hours and I'm still not at the end. I see other positive reviews have loads of time in it too, though I suspect the one in triple figures may have clocked some of that with it running in background ;) It's actually really well written and I say that as someone who gives a hard time to some very popular games with pages and pages of excruciating dialogue. This is very funny and very intriguing. I've bought a copy for a friend who enjoyed Blasphemous, so that's where we're at. Really glad and incredibly surprised by this one... should have been a retro hit. If it came out back in the day, it would have been legendary
Janky movement + Precision platforming + Insta death pits = Peeved gamer. Combat got reeeeal stale by the end. Ended up running past whole armies of enemies. Bossfights were MOSTLY cool though.
