Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 9 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Dear developers, you’ve created one insanely awesome horror game. It’s so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brilliant that I even adapted the Wick rules for real-life sessions with my friends – out in the woods on my dacha at our summer. Even now, when we record our walks through that woods, we show the burned candles and couple of notes stuck to the trees. Honestly, it never ceases to amaze me how a small studio with a budget of basically a couple of sandwiches can nail the atmosphere so perfectly through visuals and amazing sound. The green fog effect in the woods has been done before – The Cursed Forest from 2014 comes to mind – but here, you used it flawlessly. Your game complements the aesthetics of the night forest in such ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ perfectly, harmonious way. Just those flickering wick lights in the distance. This game has become part of our cultural code. The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome notes E5 → E5 → D5 → G5 → F5 → E5, and then E5 → E5 → D5 → E5 – I could never mistake them for anything else! They’re forever in my heart.

Developed and published by Hellbent Games, Wick is a first-person survival horror title that draws inspiration from unsettling campfire legends and supernatural folklore. Rather than focusing on combat or cinematic spectacle, it delivers an experience built around vulnerability, exploration, and psychological tension. Players venture into the infamous Wick Forest, a place marked by the mysterious disappearance of children and haunted by restless spirits. The story unfolds gradually through environmental clues and scattered discoveries instead of lengthy cutscenes, encouraging players to piece together the tragic history behind the cursed woodland while struggling to survive until dawn. The game's defining mechanic revolves around candlelight, transforming a simple source of illumination into the player's greatest lifeline. Darkness is more than a visual obstacle—it is an ever-present threat that gives supernatural entities greater power. Every candle burns for only a limited time, forcing players to carefully manage their supply while navigating twisting forest paths and abandoned locations. This constant balancing act between conserving light and continuing to explore creates a level of tension that remains consistent throughout the adventure. The limited resources reinforce the feeling of helplessness, making even routine exploration feel dangerous. Unlike many horror games that eventually allow players to fight back, Wick embraces a more traditional survival formula by denying direct combat altogether. The ghosts inhabiting the forest each possess unique behaviors and demand different survival strategies, meaning success comes through observation, patience, and quick thinking rather than brute force. Players must learn how each supernatural threat operates and react accordingly, keeping encounters unpredictable from beginning to end. This variety prevents the horror from becoming repetitive while rewarding those who pay close attention to their surroundings instead of rushing blindly into danger. Atmosphere is undoubtedly the game's strongest asset. Dense woods, minimal lighting, unsettling ambient noises, and moments of complete silence work together to generate an overwhelming sense of dread. Every flickering shadow and distant sound raises suspicion, while the limited visibility constantly fuels anxiety about what may be hiding just outside the candle's glow. Instead of relying exclusively on sudden jump scares, Wick excels at maintaining prolonged suspense, allowing fear to build naturally as players venture deeper into the haunted forest. The environmental design successfully transforms familiar woodland scenery into an oppressive setting where every step feels uncertain. The storytelling complements the gameplay by allowing players to uncover the mystery at their own pace. Hidden notes, environmental details, and subtle visual cues gradually reveal the heartbreaking events surrounding the missing children and the curse that lingers over the forest. This restrained narrative approach rewards exploration and curiosity without interrupting immersion. Those who enjoy interpreting clues and assembling the larger story themselves will likely appreciate the game's understated method of delivering its lore, while players expecting a heavily scripted narrative may find its minimalist presentation less engaging. Visually, Wick favors mood over technical extravagance. Its realistic forest environments, effective lighting effects, and restrained use of supernatural imagery enhance the overall feeling of isolation rather than overwhelming players with constant visual effects. Equally important is the sound design, which serves as one of the game's greatest strengths. Subtle environmental audio, distant whispers, unexplained noises, and the absence of excessive background music keep players alert throughout the experience. The audio often becomes the earliest warning that danger is approaching, making headphones almost essential for fully appreciating the carefully crafted atmosphere. Although the overall experience is relatively short compared to larger survival horror games, its focused design prevents unnecessary padding. Every mechanic contributes directly to the central survival loop, resulting in a consistently tense adventure that rarely loses momentum. Some players may wish for additional environments, expanded lore, or greater gameplay variety to encourage multiple playthroughs, but the concise nature of the game also ensures that its strongest ideas remain impactful without becoming repetitive. The replay value mainly comes from mastering enemy behaviors, uncovering every hidden piece of the story, and improving survival efficiency. Wick succeeds by understanding that genuine horror often comes from uncertainty rather than overwhelming action. Through intelligent resource management, memorable supernatural encounters, immersive environmental storytelling, and an exceptionally oppressive atmosphere, Hellbent Games creates a horror experience that emphasizes psychological tension over cheap thrills. While its modest scope prevents it from reaching the depth of larger genre classics, it remains a memorable and effective supernatural adventure that delivers exactly the kind of suspense it promises. Horror enthusiasts looking for a focused experience centered on exploration, survival, and constant unease will likely find Wick to be a rewarding journey into one of gaming's eeriest forests.
