Awesome game! While playing it, I felt like I was back in the 90s, in the great era of Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, Sam&Max... The story here is engaging, because YES, we want to find out WHO THE F*** ATE GRANDMA!! Build like a classic point-and-click, the game makes a lot of nerdy references to its ancestors. Awkward conversations with characters, absurdity on so many levels, top-tier sound effects, it has it all. I really recommend it to all P&C lovers!

This was a wacky, hilarious point and click adventure reminiscent of the classics. I was grateful for the hint system along the way that pushes you in the right direction without holding your hand through it. The music is great, dialogue funny, and the art very cool and cartoony. I was not expecting what happened at the end but it was a nice twist! This is well worth the play. For basically being a game made by one man, it turned out super well! So what are you waiting for, play it now and find out... who the ♥♥♥♥ ate grandma!

if I'm honest, I was pretty sure I knew exactly who the ♥♥♥♥ ate grandma from the start 🤣 But the game was still very much an enjoyable ride to get there. I appreciate the amount of detail that went into being able to click just about everyone and everything, and getting different responses throughout the game. Puzzles also all made sense for the most part, but if you need help, the in-game hint system is excellent.

It's a fun point-and-click with a pleasant soundtrack and a cast of oddball characters. The pixel art gives it a classic feel but with the benefit of modern refinements for interaction. The dark humour and setting works for the most part. The puzzles are not too out-there, though if you do find yourself stuck you can get hints which are enough to unstick you without being penalised. It even worked without fault on my ultrawide monitor (constraining the playable area to 16:9, which is fair) Definitely worth giving a go if you're a fan of the genre.

What starts out as a joke game ends up as a deep-dive into generational trauma. I have a feeling this is the sort of game Ari Aster would make if he switched mediums. Hats of the everyone involved

A short, but fun and quirky point-and-click adventure and an homage to the LucasArts adventure games. And it has some great music too! [i]Who The ♥♥♥♥ Ate Grandma?[/i] is a genuine project of the heart of a single dev, who solved an issue I had with the game upon release within just 1 (one!) hour! What a great service! I really hope the dev will release some other games in the future.

Amazing point and click with nods to its predecessors (like Day o the tentacle for exemple, you will see, haha) and he humor and puzzles are delightfully wacky ! The game is a bit short but definitely worth playing.

In so many words: Dude. What. Da Fuq?! It's been a while since I've played something this unhinged. The humor didn't always land for me, and the ending was pretty dark (maybe because the humor didn't land for me). Mechanics and puzzles were okay, though. Rating: ★★★☆☆

Fans de Maniac Mansion ce jeu est pour vous, l'histoire est barrée, c'est drôle les enigmes sont loufoques. On se creusera parfois un peu plus la tête, mais une fois la logique obtenue ça passe tout seul. Le taux de bruteforce est relativement faible.
