Welcome to Primrose Lake

I don't know how it happened, but first I went through Welcome to Primrose Lake 4. And then I decided that I wanted to know the whole story from the very beginning and bought part 1. Levels I can say that the levels in Part 4 are easier than in part 1. I had to struggle a lot at the normal difficulty levels in the first part in order to pass them with 3 stars. And there is no achievement for "re-passing levels" in this part (it will appear further). In part 1 I earned 3 stars on all levels from the first attempt. Language There is only one language here, English. Finally, my knowledge of the language came in handy (haha). Fortunately, the text is waiting for the player here, and you can search for the meaning of an unfamiliar word. Story As for the plot, be prepared for an abundance of names. I was a little bit confused about who's who. But in general, it's not so bad, the played scenes were still interesting. I've just bought all other parts of the game to read the whole story, I hope later I'll get used to names and Carl. family. Bug I had a frequent bug - the game showed a black screen after repeating the level. This is solved by restarting the game. -- Actually, I work as a game writer, and I started when everyone was making games like this. And for me it's a great nostalgia for that period. I really enjoyed the game, the visuals, the levels, the city itself, the characters, how the levels flow into mini-scenes etc.

This one is a good time managment. Story is quite good too, it's about two girls who meet under funny circumstances. Turns out that they have the same surname. Later they end up in a remote small city where that particular surname is very well known. The only sad thing that story end on a cliffhanger and I have doubts we'll see the end of that story.

Fun game! I love time management games with a story and this really hit the spot. Self explanatory mechanics and intriguing background. Will definitely check out the next one. I did have a problem getting an award for watching all the mystery scenes, but I can't quite figure out how I missed it.

Schönes Timemanagement-Spiel mit schöner Geschichte. Wie in den ganzen Games dieser Art, ist man hier in jedem Level auf der Jagd nach dem Waschbären. Die Locations sind vielzählig, wobei man auch immer wieder mal ins vorherige zurückkommt. Es sind allerdings sehr viele Epiloge, welche seeeehr langatmig sind - das ist für mich ein Minuspunkt. Wenigstens kann man das schnell durchklicken - auf keinen Fall skippen, da sonst der Erfolg flöten geht. Im Großen und Ganzen ein tolles Spiel.

Excelente juego! La historia es muy atrapante. Es un misterio que no se resuelve hasta el final. Los niveles son dinámicos y entretenidos. Lo mejor es que cambia rápido de locación y cada locación es única y divertida. Me gustaría que estuviera el resto de los juegos de Primrose Lake porque realmente son excelentes.

The story gives me a Twin Peaks vibe and there really is an achievement named Agent Cooper! Love this game!

樱草湖系列居然也能在steam上玩到了！果然比起移动端还是电脑上玩更舒服一点。 但是不知道GH是不是换了开发商，近几年的作品都没之前的玩起来舒服了，看起来怪怪的。顾客招手的动作就感觉很呆，我还是宁愿玩之前早期的游戏。剧情方面不好评价，因为樱草湖是一直在连载的大坑（移动端已经出到第五部了，还没完结）有点像是GH自己版本的艾迪芬奇的记忆的感觉，讲述一个与世隔绝的小镇上的一个巨大家族的故事。如果你是GH的粉丝我觉得可以考虑打折入手，但是如果你是纯路人（我感觉路人也不会找到这个游戏，连上架steam都悄咪咪的，甚至换了发行商）我觉得你还是没必要再花这个冤枉钱了，移动端找个资源还是不难的。
