I love the genre and spent way to many hours on the first two Fallout games. I've started up Wasteland 2 and/or Director's cut and made it half-ways through the game before losing interest to the extent that I didn't pick it up again. The last time I tried to make my way through was after playing through Wasteland 3 (which I can recommend) but alas. I can't recommend it.
Played the game through when it was initially released. Great post-apocalyptic wasteland game with more of a focus on the turn based combat and developing your party of rangers,the core 4 of them you create from scratch, with additional 2 slots for recruiting different NPCs. Do not come into the game expecting a Fallout 2 game, even if they share similarities. There is still quite a bit of dialogue and choices as well as character building (skills etc.), but again, not to the extend of Fallout 2. Id say somewhere between Fallout Tactics (better combat though) and Fallout 2(less story). Director's Cut expanded on character development with perks and traits, combat with targeted shots. Also general graphic improvements, more voice overs and bug squashing.

This is the sequel to the father of all the fall out games. If you like fall out and XCOM, you'll love this. It's tactical play and sense of humor are great. Decisions made earlier can affect things down stream that you never know about until it falls into place. I like the shades of grey decisions too.

为什么这游戏可以评论两遍，把之前的评论搬过来了 完结啦，经典AI阴谋论主题，剧情太有意思了，为什么游骑兵就代表正义呢，是和那时候大多数人的价值观相同，所以就是正义吗，马提亚斯的话其实很深刻，什么是正义？胜利即是正义，主角即是正义。谁是主角？作者是，玩家是，掌握笔杆子的是。 玩法上的话，内容比较匮乏，突出一个没钱，资源太多了，即便最高难度，跟敌人就是互秒，回合制战旗的神还得是xcom，大家都得抄起来啊 但是，但是，如果不看攻略硬打还是相当有难度的，即便SL，当然谁玩游戏不SL啊
WASTELEND 2 настолько не однозначная игра что просто охарактеризовать её типа плохая или хорошая не удастся, т.к. в ней столько минусов что и 20 пунктов не хватит что бы эти минусы перечислить, а плюсов в ней нет так много но они очень большие (не больше 5), если честно то по 100 бальной шкале я ей поставил бы 75 баллов, хотел бы я её перепройти на более высокой сложности скорее да чем нет. Есть реально одноразовые игры которые прошел и забыл, данная игра к ним не относится, но бросить её реально возникало сильное желание несколько раз. Вообще все кто поставил данной игре минус я желаю просто выполнить до конца первый квест установить два ретранслятора на передающие вышки на сколько я сейчас помню это была локация СХ центр и Тюрьма, а после того как вы это сделаете можете реально данную игру уже оценивать. Теперь о плюсах: 1. Достаточно интересная ветка прокачки навыков(навыки есть оружейные, технические и общие ) и атрибутов (сила, интеллект, скорость, харизма и т.д.) 2. Крайне интересная ветка диалогов.3. Не предсказуемая концовка. 4.Стрельба по своим во время боя.5.Решение одной задачи крайне разними способами. Теперь минусы : 1. Первый и самый главные минус что ВООЩЕ НЕ ПОНЯТНО ЧТО НУЖНО ДЕЛАТЬ В ЗАДАНИИ !!!!!, типа задание найдите 5 мешков циолита или семь мешков кошачьего наполнителя, а где его искать Х.З. по ходу по всей локации нужно бегать искать, а одна карта там размером с fallout 4, не место где он может быть не подсказки где искать, а все локации тут заминированы, находятся по сигнализацией, ловушек уйма, на каждом углу засады, патронов нет, аптечек нет, весь лут тяжёлый, бойцы сразу перегружаются идти не хотят и не могут, при переходе от одной локации к другой тебя бесконечно атакуют какие-то налётчики, вот представьте если бы в fallout 4 было задание принесите окаменелое яйцо динозавра и местом пояска была бы вся карта fallout 4. Я бы эту игру назвал по другому не WASTELEND 2 а ПОЙДИ ТУДА НЕ ЗНАЮ КУДА ПРИНЕСИ ТО НЕ ЗНАЮ ЧТО !!!!!.2. А самое жесткое что в игре есть море текста у меня было ощущение что ВОЙНА и МИР меньше по объему чем весть текс в данной игре, игра явно для тех кто любит часами на пролет читать, и не только читать но и ВНИКАТЬ!!!, Фамилий и Имен в игре сотни попробуй их все запомнить.3.Кат сцен минимум от минимума, 4. Мини-карта вообще не информативна(нет приближение и удаления, на ней вообще не чего не разберешь где и какие строения находятся) нет компаса в каком направлении нужно двигаться(вообще он есть на мини-карте, но он просто нарисован и не выполняет каких либо функций), в основной карте вообще не понятно что делать по квесту, где что искать. 5. лут вообще однообразный нет деления серое, зеленое, синее, фиолетовое и золотое (легендарное снаряжение), зачем так много лута под названием барахло!!!6. Вообще не понятно какие варианты есть по окончанию основных и дополнительных квестов, квесты вообще не делятся на основные и дополнительные все идут типа как основные.7. Броня вообще херня только на туловище, и вообще не понятно выполняет она какую то функцию или нет, то есть я реально не заметил что ХП прямя таки прибавилось.8. Игра вся забагованна сама сворачивается, вылетает, камера сама живет своею жизнью, колесико мышки виснет постоянно при приближении и отдалении , короче уйма багов походу самая забагованная игра в которую я играл за последние 5 лет видно что делали её типа коленке и на те средства что были.9.Сюжета по ходу вообще нет !!!!.10. И многое многое другое !!! всего и не запомнишь., но в целом мне игра понравилась, буду проходить 3 часть(PS4) и сразу сравню что изменилось.
