Very very nice. It's a puzzle game, but some of the mechanics remembered me redstone in minecraft.
Jumped into the game thinking this would be either very easy or extremely obtuse, neither things I'd particularly enjoy. Instead, I was grateful that the difficulty scaling progresses in a satisfying fashion, initial levels are not so easy they get boring since you have to get used to thinking with portals. One thing I am grateful for is that, despite the complexity increasing with every 'layer' of the tree of levels, the requirements one needs to solve the future puzzles are already in previous levels. However, those are seldom given as 'tutorials', or 'how to do it' (with the exception of the 1st level in Arcana), and instead needs the player to figure some mechanics on their own for how to solve the puzzle, and then that gets reused in future levels. Unlike other puzzle games, unless there's a challenge, there is no incentive to making the factory faster/smaller/less complex beyond what the player demands of themselves. In addition, beside 'assembly' packs of levels, i'd say each pack is unique enough compared to the rest. The only thing I kind of really dislike is the clutter on power-lines on the more complex levels, though that may be because I'm junk at organising those. In any case, great game!
Good game - kinda Infinifactory in 2d
The first few levels are pretty good to do but it gets challenging quickly. You really have to bend your mind to solve the later puzzles. I love it. It has really fun mechanics and I would love to see an update with more maps or more workshop content.
I don't write reviews often, but this deserves one. Excellent programming puzzle game. Better than almost anything else out there. Starts nice, gets extremely challenging, and even though I'm stuck without having seen about 50% of the game I feel like I've got my moneys worth.
Do you like conveyor belts? Do you like welders? Do you like non-euclidian designs? Then look no further because this is the puzzle game for you. Especially if you love to hate the things you do.
Looks simple bu there's a surprising amount of depth on display as you go along. Very smooth difficulty curve to get you started. Obviously I'm not super far yet but this game needs all the attention it can get.
This game is challenging, but fun. I enjoyed playing, but if you don't like challenges, don't get this game.
Best Zachlike I've played in a long time
Thank you very much for creating this game. I did not regret buying it. It is a zachtronics-like game as it can be. I just played the first 3 hubs, but fell in love immediatly. I played a lot zachtronics and zachtronics like games, and this does not fall short. In fact, I like it a lot more than some zachtronic games tbh. Everyone interested in automation puzzles, this is for you. Nice slow progress btw, thumps up!
