5 DOLLARS FOR 38 MINUTES AND THAT'S FROM DOING THE GAME TWICE. the fkkkk. that's literally 19 minutes per playthrough and there's not much real variation when all is said and done. u learn a bit more about each monster but its abrupt and limited and just as soon as tehre's plot development it ends and goes back to the main track or the game ends completely again. Not worth 5 dollars....good godd. 1 dollar? sure, go for it. but over 5!?!?! cmon. There are ZERO negative reviews and my review doesn't even showup and its negative....the hellllll, this is shady af.
Monster Garden is garish and creepy. When I first started playing, I wanted to stop because it made me feel uncomfortable, not in a bad way though. But because I heard that the playthroughs were so short, I decided to keep playing. The more I played, the more I wanted to see, I wanted to figure out more about what this game was and what it was saying. I still felt uncomfortable playing it, but I started to really like it as well. It became almost calming to play. I won't say the game was perfect, it had some bugs and in some places it was a bit overwritten. It can be a little tedious to get all the endings, but it was able to stay fresh through all the playthroughs I did, probably because it was a hard game to acclimatise to. When finishing the whole game, there are still a lot of questions that go unanswered and a lot of loose strings left hanging, but this feels like it's intended to keep you still a little bit interested in the world. The music was good, the story was interesting and each playthrough gave you something new. Even with its flaws I found charm. The best way to describe this game is found in the game itself, '...both beautiful and deeply unsettling.' I really liked it, but you may want to avoid it if you don't like weird, short indie games.

I'm not exactly sure I know what this was about, but it was good. And kinda psychedelic.
I've had a lot of fun with this charming little game. This is exactly the kind of indie game I like.
Short and charming, with some symbolism and probably a deeper message behind it. One playthrough takes less than an hours, but the game is supposed to be played multiple times for it offers lots of branching decisions. Don't expect any gameplay besides walking around, interacting and talking. Recommended if you like to talk to lots of different characters which have their different traits and quirks, and if you like to explore the options in multiple playthroughs. Not totally my kind of game, but I'm sure many people loving Undertale would like this one, too. Of course it doesn't compete - don't start this game with those expectations.
It's a cute and great game which just shows off the power of friendship haha.
This game is a hidden gem. It looks very simple, but the story is great. The mood is nice and the music/audio is just INCREDIBLE. It's short (less than an hour) and I believe it makes it worth your time if you want to dive into a cute environment with a nice storytelling for a brief moment. I wish more short games like these exist!
The perfect chill-out game. As some have stated, you could rush through the game in 30 minutes, but you'd be missing out on what the game is all about. Instead, take time to enjoy the music, chat with some quirky characters, and maybe even find a few secrets along the way. There was one particular level that had multiple branching paths. This made me want to play through the game again and again with different characters to see the complete story.
I've gotta say, this is one of the most heartfelt games I've ever played! I normally struggle to get invested with exploration-based games, but this one got my attention immediately with it's unique characters. Each one is detailed and charming in their own way, so I kept wanting to know more about them. I found myself spending hours trying out new character combinations for the garden, seeing what new dialogue options/interactions I could uncover. And each replay has been a blast! Helping characters become more comfortable with themselves and their flaws was so sweet to experience, especially as their bonds with others continued to grow. If you're looking for a game with a strong sense of art direction and character writing, this one's for you! I hope this game gathers more attention, because I'm so glad I stumbled upon this gem!
Very short game (30 Minutes) and I think i didn´t really get the story. The music is quite good and the game experience was okay
