Of the 2 markets with a position on both sides, 2 climbed and 0 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11255.6/day in the week to Jul 16 → 121.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

FOR THE EMPEROR!!!
For the emperor!

I completed the campaign only, in vanilla Veteran mode except the final combat I did in Normal. I did not play the other modes, I was only interested in the campaign. My opinon of this part of Space Marine 2 is mixed. It is a good game thanks to its graphics, its atmosphere / storyline and its good use of WH 40K lore. Some parts are really impressive, like the waves of tyranids crashing tthrough wall breaches towards the three characters' position. First I thought they were kind of part of the background, but no, I really had to defeat these hundreds of xenos. These points really make it worth playing it and are the reason why I gave it a thumb up. Combat, however, is not the strong point of the game. I enjoyed the fights (fortunately: 90% of the game is about them) but I found them tactically poor. You cannot change the weapons of your teammates, you cannot give them any orders. Thankfully they fight well. On the battleground, you can find weapons - there are something like 20 of them in the game. But you only have access to their characteristics back in the barge. Unless you know them by heart, which was not the case for me, you only have a general idea about how they perform. Fightings are brutal, fast and nervous. Most of the time they end up in close combat, in which the game focuses the most. Combos are only for close-quarter combat weapons. Ranged weapons damage is too low compared to what knife, saw, sword, axe and hammer can inflict: in this game I found the balance between ranged and melee weapons to be quite poor. The outcome of each combat mostly depends on the player's reflexes and agility with his/hers game controller / keyboard and mouse rather than tactical skills, which is not a good point: I also like to play with my brain, not only with my spinal cord. Contrary to what I have read in many reviews, rough and tumble fights are NOT the DNA of Warhammer 40,000, even in the sub-tactical scale of the game. Just try the original miniature game and you'll understand. My avatar was knocked out a lot. Although I am familiar with combat games, maybe it's a skill issue. But in Veteran mode, the challenge is quite high. Healing opportunities are scarse. Armor is almost useless: Once depleted, which usually happens quite quickly, it takes ages to recover. It won't regenerate before the end of each fight, unless you flee the combat zone and hide for at least 30 seconds (when possible), leaving your teammates do the job. Most of the time, cover is useless - after a few seconds, you'll have a grenade on your feet or a foe on your back. Unlike many other games, parrying is a very short action : your character will only parry during one second or so. The warning for parrying (blue light) is useless: it shows up a split second before the attack, I almost never could make use of it. At the end of the day, I mostly relied on evasion, this famous (and ridiculous) jump & roll we see everywhere in this kind of game. Thankfully, the two Brothers that fight with the PC cope better. They are not as deadly as Titus but they just never die, and can heal each other, including Titus. Usually, NPCs are not that helpful; thanks to them, I rarely had to replay combats twice to win them.
