Honestly one of the better put together RPGs I've played. Once you get past the hurdle of understanding the classes and the stats they want you to have, the gameplay is very decently balanced in however you want to play. I recommend finding a weapon you like and building around that, instead of trying to fit weapons into your build. The narrative is great, and honestly, each DLC adds another complex character that really has me stopping and thinking about how I face the world on a day to day basis. 10/10, I do recommend for those who love an RPG
If you like the 40k universe this is the game for you. The feel, the ambiance and the perceived authenticity is so good here. Great story, nice mechanics and some really outstanding writing. This feels to me like the best representation of the 40k universe in any game.

top tier rpg and warhammer game, this game deserves more players. DLCs integration is insane and I was doing content that felt so natural I thought it was always a part of the main game.

This was one of the best 160 hours of RougeTrader I've played, probably because it's the ONLY campaign I've actually completed.
If you are a 40k fan, and have played CRPGs before, this is an easy recommend. The devs really understand 40k and have done a beautiful job creating that grim-dark universe that we all love. The complex, multi-faceted, story is full of tough decisions that will leave you pacing your room, pondering the implications of your choices, because in this game your choices matter big time. In terms, of mechanics, its kind of a mixed bag for me. Seasoned CRPG players will probably have no problem with the complex leveling, social, and skill systems in the game, but as someone who's only played through 2 CRPGs before, I found it difficult to understand especially when it comes to making the character builds I want to make. So, there's definitely a required amount of patience for new players, but that patience does pay off.
Я только начал, а мне уже нравится. Недавно прошёл Pathfinder WotR за Легенду, оставив Лича, хотел допройти за Лича, но немного выгорел. Решил попробовать Ваху, хотя очень мало про неё знаю, кроме общей канвы и Dawn of War, но очень нравятся технические улучшения, по сравнению с WotR'ом. Убрали двухсекундный фриз при создании сохранений и добавили больше кат-сцен крупным планом. Растёте, совокоты, молодцы!
Good fun for those into CRPG's or Warhammer 40k
2/10 - I tried to like it, I watched countless tutorials . I don't like it . I've played 40K Mechanicus 1 and Daemon Hunters and loved those games played both more than 3 times over. This game makes the word 'tedium' an understatement to describe Rogue Trader. Way to complicated, Mediocre Graphics, Too many game mechanics, too much of everything to consider, too much get your head around. Games are suppoesed to be fun ! Even for those who like a challenge and some complexity. THIS GAME IS NOT FUN. Sorry I stuck with it so long. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT after falling for all the hype.
