We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
Overall, I think it is a good tactics game with some quality of life/design features that hold it back and make it a slog at times. (I have only played the base game with no dlc) It is well made with interesting abilities, classes, terrain interactions, IP (if you like warhammer), varied enemies, and good voice acting. While it has a potentially controversial art style, I liked it and found it both memorable and readable. I also thought the story was interesting. I felt compelled to do just one more mission. However, there were a few things that hold it back for me so much so that I am not sure I will finish the game. First of all, very few things are adequately explained when you first start a game. The auto-save system is very unhelpful (there is only one auto save and it is only for the last thing). The menus (especially character abilities) were thematic but unclear (you eventually get used to them). Line of sight can also be very counter intuitive. The warp instability is a cool concept but unbalanced. It feels oppressive especially when it spawns in top tier enemies behind you. While there is no randomness in shooting, the randomness of the warp can cause some missions to either be a slight speed bump or almost impossible. I found this game good but flawed and am excited to see what they cook up in the sequel.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 27: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A fantastic tactical RPG that nails the grimdark Warhammer 40K atmosphere. The combat is brutal, satisfying, and full of meaningful choices, while the Grey Knights feel incredibly powerful. The biggest weakness is that the campaign and mission structure can become repetitive, particularly later on. Still, the atmosphere, progression, and sheer satisfaction of purging Chaos make it well worth playing. For the Emperor!
Amazing game with an excellent story, design, visuals, combat and game mechanics with superb character design, animation and unique battle maps; one can tell a lot of love went into making this game. An authentic WH 40k Experience <Thumbs Up>
A very competent Xcom-like that is quite fair with its challenge once you take the time to properly learn the systems and mechanics. Many viable builds for the different classes, although there are some that are certainly better than others. The campaign is generally interesting and offers interesting choices on the strategic layer.
To be softlocked near the end of the game after putting over 80 hours in a save file is just too brutal... I don't want to play another 80 hours just to see the ending!! The game is fun, very cool mechanics, plot, voice acting, graphics, the whole thing, but I believe there should have been an automatic response to prevent such softlocking.
Very similar gameplay to X-Com, but with the key difference, that you hit your targets. Makes sense, since you are Grey Knights.
GG great game
great game: solid plot and voice acting; deep mechanics and replayability
For any one looking for a new xcom game, this is the one, it is an XCOM game with the 40k theme, the game has a strategy layer and a tactical layer (this is an xcom, not just the turn based gameplay), and the game is really hard and not easy, it needs time to learn its systems - YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION AND LEARN IT FOR REAL - or you can ignore your pride and lower the difficulty to the easiest available, i love the game but yes it can be unfair really unfair, those wrap surges in particular can buff/debuff in unexpected ways, after 35 hour, i lost the first play through and now am on my second playthrough which i believe am doing better. performance wise i haven't encountered any problems. it is criminally underrated XCOM like game.
