Muito bom, mas precisa urgentemente de uma otimização melhor
Magellan's 3D scan of the famous Titanic wreck is an epic simulation! Now, anyone can visit the ship- via her digital twin- and not have to pay a fortune to do it or risk the inherent dangers of descending two and a half miles into the crushing abyss as others have in the past few years! This IS Titanic, herself, recreated through thousands of scanned views. carefully and intricately joined together into the world's first 3d model of the actual ship in her present condition! Very highly recommended for any Titanic enthusiast!
great simulator tamiso sandro
Magellan will forever be known as the GOAT for releasing this as a game. I dont have a lot of time to play due to work but this game is absolutely incredible and fun to play. The only additions I have are, I wish the timer could be turned off and I also wish the overall hue of the game could be changed so that it looked more colorful instead of just the blue. Thank You, Magellan. You guys are awesome.
I am so grateful that we are able to explore the Titanic from the comfort of our own home.
Ottimo gioco
Definitely good for Titanic enthusiasts and those who are wanting to teach about the Titanic. This is a great way to preserve the history and capture it in amazing detail. It is a crazy thing to think about we’re seeing it as it sits today, and to be able to go there and be up close to it. It is great to be able to see the Titanic and see it so clearly. $25 is a little bit for something like this, but I guess that depends on the person. Absolutely phenomenal and amazing that we can preserve this beautiful ship and its history.
I thought the concept of this was really cool. Sadly, the idea is better than the execution. First off take it seriously when you see the warning about this being early access and may not be finished. It's beyond barebones. There's zero actual video options, and under sound all you have is volume. You're greeted with a title screen and a few difficulty selection buttons. That's it. You click one, it always asks if you want to play the tutorial, and then it drops you in. The ROVs move SLOWLY. This is to be expected, but know that going in. There's a first-person mode you'll need however they decided to model the (completely non-functional) manipulator arms onto the ROV and they will constantly block your view when turning the camera left or right. Sure, it's more realistic for them being visible, but there should be an option to turn them off if you wish. Speaking of non-existent options, you've got the floodlights. Their brightness can't be altered. And whenever you get within a few feet of something, it completely washes the view out making it hard to see anything, which leads to... The "gameplay" element. Slowly move looking for targets to scan. Except they can be hard to find since the radar-like objective display will show you right ontop of a target, but you can't see the targeting, uh, targets. Tiny little circles you have to aim the laser at and scan. Each objective requires multiple scans. FINDING each of these tiny stupid points is frustrating. And sometimes they don't appear at all. At one point I was looking straight at the objective, knew exactly what and where it is given I'm familiar with details of the actual wreck. ROV literally right up against the things, and still no scan target icons. I switch to the other sub nearby, and each of those targets popped up immediately. And I didn't play long enough to reach the end in one go, but from what others say once you scan your handful of targets it just ends with a screen in the style of a demo? Did I mention there's a time limit? You get 15 minutes on realistic, and 45 or so on easy. You can't just explore the wreck. You're given the same scanning assignments with only a couple of variations. And speaking of exploring the wreck, I was disappointed to see a HUGE, GAPING hole in the starboard side of the bow where they didn't model anything. Using the sonar you can literally see through the model to the ocean floor at the bottom. I understand they didn't get the LIDAR into every nook and cranny and things like portholes and doorways will have limits as far as how deep into them you can see/go, but this particular spot makes the wreck model look like it's hollow cardboard. They could have put something there to block that, like they did with the portholes, to keep it realistic-looking and not immersion-breaking. Oh, and I forgot to mention the ROV's hull strength. You have a meter and can take damage by hitting things but it's basically useless. The ROV basically "dies" if you touch anything. I touched the bottom of the ocean, instakilled the ROV. Another time I intentionally ran into something just to see if you could survive more than one touch. And the meter dropped to 67%, then 37%, instantly. At least it wasn't a one-hit kill that time, but still. The entire game can be ruined if you simply touch something, forcing you to rely on the second ROV only, or have to restart entirely. It really feels like a fancy tech demo with incredibly simple "gamplay" elements laid on top. Because that's what it is. And it seems like the company has abandoned it. There hasn't been anything from their roadmap added since sometime last year, and the last news update was January of this year, and instead of updating the lacking current content they're adding another ship? Yeah, even if that DID get released it would be no better than what the game currently is. If this had been $5, I would've kept it despite all these failings. But the fact that they want $25 for it when it's so barebones, so shallow (no pun intended), and with clearly no intentions of ever finishing it? No, I requested a refund.
Me encanta el juego por que he visto la pelicula del Titanic como unas 300 vecez
Please, read my review for a FULL and HONEST opinion of the overrall experience before playing. I am aware this is an early access game and my review will also include SUGGESTIONS for the devs. There are two missions: BOW and STERN where you need to discover some pieces from the wreck (Anchor, grand staircase, life boat davit, etc). I did them all in an hour. Pros: - An amazing experience to visit the REAL shipwreck in 3D scans. - Very interesting description of the artefacts we scan with the robots. - Great graphics and audio - Can change the camera POV of the robots Cons: - Empty starting menu. No settings in there until the game starts. - No language options - The difficulties are named: Realistic, Moderate and Easy but it is only how DARK we can see. The gameplay does not change beside having more time to find the artefacts. - There are like 12 artefacts to scan only splitted in 2 missions. - The sonar scan is useless. For the future updates, I would add WAY more missions and items to find and add real difficulties because after one hour of gameplay, there is nothing else to do. However, I recommend this game for the experience that it offers if you are really interested on the ship.
