VRNOID takes me back to the days when I used to sit in front of a TV and play Space Invaders on the Atari 2600. It features traditional brick breaking levels where you must break all bricks to clear a level. Additionally, it puts and exciting spin on the game with the combination of air hockey, power ups and enemies that add an extra challenge to levels as you dodge and weave your way through oncoming bullets and even deflect them back for extra damage! You can get quite a good workout playing this game! There is even local co-op that allows your partner to hold a striker of their own and control using the mouse on your desktop while you play in VR! This also works with Steam remote play! VRNOID features a decent amount of levels in the action packed campaign and sprinkles in some calmer levels to teach you about new mechanics or powerups along the way. There is even an intuitive level editor that allows you to create your own levels and and stages using the bricks and powerups you unlock along the way. I've had a lot of fun completing the campaign so far, and keep wanting to come back to try new modifiers and place higher on the leaderboard.
Wow, such a cool use of VR. I played single player and thoroughly enjoyed it. It really is a perfect mash up of air hockey and brick breaker, with interesting power ups, bosses, and other twists. Totally worth the price.
So a nice and deep game. At first play, I thought this was a simple game but after playing a little bit longer I found bosses and a new game+. I got so much fun. Recommended
You have to try it! Only by plaing the game you can understand how fun VRNOID is
I enjoy the implementation of Arkenoid, Air Hockey and especially the local multiplayer to bring this out as a social game too. Only complaint i can come up with is nitpicking. (I wish we could change hands without backing out to the start menu when our arms are sore from hover-handing - but plenty of indie devs don't even give left handed options) so i heartily recommend it.
Just try it
Fun, creative, and challenging, plus great exercise!

Great game, basically a bat-and-ball clone of the old 80's games - hit blocks, grab items that drop, which then do things like speed up the ball or turn one ball into 2. Just in VR, this time, using your hand like a air-hockey puck, and with having to dodge the enemy fire yourself. Well worth pulling out at a party for the people new to VR, but also just a nice fun quick game for yourself.
I've been playing VRNOID for 2 then 2 and another 3 hours straight and I have to say, I'm absolutely hooked! This game is a fantastic take on the classic brick-breaking arcade game, but with a VR twist that takes it to a whole new level. First of all, the graphics are amazing. The neon colors and futuristic setting make for a truly immersive experience. I love how the blocks and obstacles react to my movements, creating a sense of real-world physics that really draws me in. But what really sets VRNOID apart is the level of interactivity. Using my VR controllers to control the paddle and break the blocks is incredibly satisfying, and I feel like I'm really in the game. The power-ups and special abilities are a great addition, adding even more depth to the gameplay. And let's talk about the music. The techno beats and electronic sound effects are the perfect accompaniment to the fast-paced action. I found myself getting lost in the rhythm and really getting into the zone. Overall, I can't recommend VRNOID enough. It's addictive, immersive, and a whole lot of fun. Whether you're a fan of classic arcade games or looking for a new VR experience, this game is definitely worth checking out.
