About the game
Vox in Tenebris is a short first-person exploration horror game. As an archivist-priest, make your way into a forgotten catacomb, repel spirits, and find its secrets before your lantern fades out.
The story
The year is 1357. The High Order has been called, and you are sent as an archivist to explore a cursed crypt. The light of your lantern will be your guide, and your faith your sword. What forbidden knowledge will you find? Will you return? Your carriage slows down while you say a last prayer: Vade protecte vox in tenebris.
Explore
An excavation has been discovered in the basement of a countryside church. It will lead you to unsuspected deep places.
Banish
Use prayers to repel spirits, but beware of unfinished adjurations; doing them too soon will be ineffective.
Keep your lantern
Do not let your lantern extinguish, or the darkness will devour you. Find candles and anticipate your movements.
