This little game is wonderful, not only bc i really love ravens, but because the story is genuinely touching and the gameplay is a lot of fun. there are a few puzzles and challenges here and there that aren't too difficult, but the best part by far is the exploration. it's so enjoyable being able to fly across beautiful islands and magical environments full of secrets and hidden places to discover!! I honestly loved just wandering around and taking in the atmosphere as much as progressing through the story!!
Voron: Raven’s Story has a good idea at its core, but right now it feels far too unfinished to really recommend. At first, the game gives a genuinely fun impression. Flying freely through the sky as a raven feels charming, relaxing, and full of potential. For a little while, it seems like this could become a very enjoyable exploration adventure. Sadly, once the real structure of the game starts showing itself, that excitement fades and is replaced by frustration. What I liked: The flying concept is fresh and appealing The early free flight feels fun and charming The world has a pleasant visual style The music fits the peaceful atmosphere well There is clear potential here for future updates What I did not like: The stamina bar hurts the core flying fantasy badly Puzzles can be skipped because collision and walls are broken Textures and seams make the world feel unfinished Invisible wall issues and clipping break immersion constantly The game needs a better map and clearer navigation Pacing falls apart once the restrictions begin Performance and overall stability feel too rough Who this is for: At the moment, this is mostly for very patient players who enjoy trying unfinished experimental projects and do not mind technical problems. If you are looking for a polished flying adventure, this is not there yet. Final verdict: Voron: Raven’s Story has imagination, charm, and a strong foundation for something better, but right now it feels more like a fragile work in progress than a properly playable experience. The idea of free raven flight is easily the best part of the game, which makes it even more disappointing when the restrictions and technical issues get in the way. There is potential here, but it needs much more work. My score: 4.2/10 Full review: https://reviewsbysupersven.com/voron-ravens-story/
Short but sweet, the music is fantastic. The puzzles could've been a little harder as it only took me 3hrs to fully complete the game. But for what it is, its short and sweet
A beautiful yet empty experience. Map is large but has very little to offer. gameplay boils down to going from one location to the next with very little variation in how you approach traversal. puzzles are brain dead easy and kinda break the flow.
VORON: Raven's Story has been an absolute joy to play. It's a very immersive simulator game. I love the graphics and mechanics. Highly Recommend!
Es un buen juego pero se me hizo un poco molesto el hecho de que la barra de vuelo se agote tan rapido. Al principio es sufrible ya que se cansa rapidisimo. Esta bueno cuando las agarras una tras otra y vas rapido. Soy Streamer, Le hice directo: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLYP_cjxM2h5NNlLRY_sUOtoYheNV8rMvl&si=M61POl-iL5NSA-lD
Cute game with a nice story and music, just wish the controls were better on controller for flying.
I enjoyed the beginning part a lot, and the rest of it a little. Going around just doing raven things is more fun than a mostly-linear quest to collect all the souls and bla bla gods or whatever. But i guess that's Untitled Goose Game, and this is a game that decided to go a different way. It's still nice, the raven controls are both intuitive and fun, and it's cool that cawing remains integrated into useful things throughout, it's just ... the game starts out being "how to raven" and then turns into more like a Starfox game. Which, again, is fine, nothing wrong with a Starfox game! It's just hard to describe how this game is without describing that let-down feeling when a thing that showed promise of being great turns into a thing that's only good. If the whole thing was like the first part, I'd probably keep playing for different endings, but because it's how it is, I got to the end in about 3 hours, and that's the end of it for me. Would recommend, but not as strongly as I would have if it had stayed as raveny as it starts.
