close enough, welcome back Mirrors Edge

good parkour game, the movement tech is fun but I wish more in depth tutorials were directly available in the game (devs have put tutorial videos on the official discord).

frankly, this game is exactly what i hoped it would be. the controls are soft and smooth to a point where i can only describe them as incredibly comfortable, while the gameplay still keeps me on the edge. i've played a few levels across 2 days as a means to destress. i should also mention that the ambient is gorgeously brutalist, and the level design is very clear and never left me confused (thus far).

Haven't been this unreasonably angry at a game in quite a while. Good game.

sad to say i’ve sunk hundreds of hours into conapt00, and that’s just the demo lmao. at this point i might as well just move in and start paying rent.
