Great game for all them swingers out there. Some of the final levels are brutal with one having questionable level design however i enjoyed my time playing this. Anyone who shares the Acrobat gaming motivation (quantic foundry) will probably agree. I like how you can use your look direction to effect your momentum, adds layers of skill to the mechanics
Controller sensitivity seems to be completely broken, a big shame cause this was a fun couch game on the Switch. Tried 8bitdo and xbox one controllers, bluetooth and USB receiver, and all configurations have brokenly slow sensitivity even when maxed out. Tried changing joystick movement settings for this game within steam, causes joystick movements to glitch out. Not an issue with mouse, but I didn't buy to play with a mouse. Will update if fixed or shown a fix

verlet swing is a fast-paced, precision-based parkour game with a vaporwave aesthetic; it's grounded in momentum management and controlling the amount of speed & height one gains from swinging, with the addition of "horizontal swings", which you perform with the movement keys to steer yourself to any direction. all 100 levels are unique and possess their own string of mini challenges within, the movements you're expected to pull off become stricter with timing. individual levels require a lot of your attention to give precise, but forceful swings and expect a lot from you. the last 20 levels in particular are notorious for their lack of mercy towards the player, and the level design is deeply fascinating and especially shines there. do not play this game if you're prone to seizures or sensitive to bright colors/screen flashes.
hard sometimes but mostly fun and cool graphics
absolutley amazing game wish we had more like this and neon white only gripe i have with it given its age it sitll hasnt fixed the issue where the grapple doesnt attach to what im looking at and instead something miles away
