What a blast of a game! This is a fast paced platformer where you have to think on your feet! At first I had a bit of trouble figuring out the buttons, but once I got those down I was off on an adventure through the game! It's very addicting, and makes you want to keep going and getting better times! Highly recommend for anyone who loves speedy platformers that test your reflexes!

Prrrrrrrrrretty good, should you be itching for a platformer that rewards experimentation and swiftness. Doesn't go above and beyond, but for the price, it's recommendable. Full thoughts: https://kapodaco.blog/2022/02/21/thoughts-on-velocity-noodle/
https://youtu.be/s5zrPYoDzG4 Lacking in contrast between foreground and background elements makes for levels that are much harder to read than is likely intended for players learning the mechanics.
Smooth platforming with a nice mix of movement abilities and obstacles that allow for potentially very slick completion.
I really like VELOCITY NOODLE!!!! +Sleek Cyberpunk precision platformer nailed to a "T"! +New mechanics to master each level leads to deep mechanics! +Secrets and time trials add much welcomed replayability! Fun and challenging. Reminds me of games like Celest and those trial and error types of games. Good level design and charming pixelart, soundtrack is kinda forgetable but not bad, just good enough as background noise. The game is not too short nor too long, just the right playtime in my opinion. I played it in stream and I was able to finish it in 2 to 3 hours (counting the time I was stuck in some more difficult parts). And yeah, there is one or another part I thought was kinda unfair, but in the end I was able to overcome it so you can beat it if you try hard enough. Only complain is that sometimes the game would drop FPS for no apparent reason, but that was only in like, one or two levels. Overall the game is a one sitting fun and challenging experience. And thank you Shotgun Anaconda for the review code, really appreciate it! <3
This is a really neat game. It's a fast paced precision platformer with a good sense of humor. It's also very unique design philosophy. It's not a combat game, It's all about the platforming. It can be a little glitchy. And there are some levels where I have no idea how to get the gold cup.
Good pickup when on sale. It's a series of short but fun platforming challenges, with some tight but doable time challenges. Pro tip: use a controller, and use Steam's controller settings to unbind L3: sliding on controller can be a bit frustrating, but was absolutely infuriating when accidental L3 clicks kept bringing up the pause menu instead.
This game is pretty good! I picked it up without knowing anything but platforming was involved. The graphics are really good, and the dialogue is fun. My only gripe is that sometimes I couldn't make the character do what I wanted. It felt partly skill issue, and partly some unresponsiveness, but it didn't stop me from enjoying the game. It's short, about an hour for me to go through all three chapters, but I also play a lot of precision platformers, so maybe 2-3 hours for someone who doesn't spend all their time on these types of games.
