Classic game. Best not to skip.

Bom demais. Um clássico que tem algumas coisas que surpreendem até hoje e outras que já estão bastante ultrapassadas. Mesmo assim vale a pena para fãs de RPG e de Vampiro A Máscara.

Muy buen RPG, muy buena historia, es el juego perfecto para los fanaticos de RPG y vampiros, sin embargo la IA de tus compañeros es pesima si te gusta el genero lo recomiendo

Nice mood and storytelling but no tutorial or explaination of most of the aspects of gameplay and UI, frustrating unbalance mechanics like the frenzyness, and also too glithced. Stuck on a dungeon because of a wall that glitched and didn't disappeared after a lever so I can't exit to continue the game, with previous save at more than 2 hours before. I still suggest it to people who likes gdr or just the franchise.

Дуже хороша РПГ, як і занатдо складна, але заради сюжету варто пройти.

uno dei miei giochi per pc preferiti, con questa volta lo avrò finito si e no almeno 8 volte da quando lo conosco. la prima volta che lo finisco su steam. se vi piacciono i videogiochi retro abbastanza difficili, ve lo consiglio. la storia di Christof e coterie riescono a tenermi incollato allo schermo ogni volta come se fosse la prima, più che altro per il gameplay abbastanza casuale (nel vero senso della parola, non è semplice vincere uno scontro) la storia penso che sia il punto forte, interamente doppiata in italiano, ma dovrete scaricare una patch perché la versione di steam è solo in inglese. l'ia dei compagni è penosa, ma per qualche ragione strana, quella dei nemici è quasi sempre al pezzo e OP. sputo sempre "sangue" :p (lol) quando si arriva al boss di fine gioco perché è quello più difficile di tutti gli altri nonostante tutte le stat maxate.

A rough gem to be sure. Bloodlines is one of my favourite games of all time, and after finishing my 5th playthrough of it I figured it was finally time to give its predecessor a chance. I had a pretty mixed experience, but I also enjoyed it more than I expected. The biggest highlight of this game is its story, which I really loved. The shift between the dark ages and the modern era is really damn cool. The writing as well struck me, especially the dialogues between the characters. It really felt like I was playing a gothic novel. The atmosphere as a whole was also on-point, I enjoyed looking around the map in first person and admiring the dated yet charming visuals. But as I mentioned this game is really rough. The combat and dungeon crawling aspect is fun, but only when it wants to be. The party ai is kind of atrocious, you get some control over them but they tend to waste blood constantly and run after enemies across the level and die. This makes a lot of sections needlessly frustrating and it tested my patience thoroughly. The pacing as a whole was also scuffed, with some levels dragging on much longer than they should and parts of the game feelng like they're there purely for padding. Even so, I look back at Redemption fondly after finishing it. It hasn't aged too well, but its redeeming qualities made for an overall fun experience. If you're a vampire fan that has the patience for older games like me, give it a try.
